I also want to express my deep gratitude to Mary for her teachings. They always land for me, but this time, the invitation to “hit the pause button” really stood out. It’s such a simple yet powerful tool, especially in those moments that, up until now, might have sent me into a negative spiral.

I also loved the exercise where we identified a time we saw ourselves as the victim, and then consciously shifted that perspective to find the good within the experience.
