TOP NOTCH customer service to the amazing Charlotte, from your Westfield White City branch!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was apprehensive about what bra to buy, and was a little nervous as I hadn't been for a while, and wasn't sure what would suit me. I selected a few bras I liked to try on, and when Charlotte came and checked on me—with her expert eye—she successfully got me the right sized bra that housed me perfectly, also in a different style than what I chose, and omg... her choice was chefs kiss!!!🥹👌 I was SOOOOOO happy!!😍🙌 You have a wonderful staff member with Charlotte, a true asset to your company who deserves all the credit! She was extremely patient, kind, friendly and bubbly—exactly the right individual to represent the essence of customer service!🫶

I have just left Leeds Victoria Quarter store and met Sue, the lady who changed my life. after years of digging in wires straps and general discomfort, Sue introduced me to the Ultimate comfort bra, no wires, butter soft, minimising my boobs and importantly fitting every ounce of flesh inside. Thank you Sue so much xxx

Unfortunately having a terrible experience with them. They’re running a bait and switch on me really here. Was told by a representative facilitating my exchange that it would be an even exchange for size. I confirmed. I reached out again during the exchange process as well after trying another bra and was wondering if I could change the size on the exchange if my bras hadn’t got there yet, and was given fit advice that I didn’t really agree with but decided to take. That representative assured me there’s free exchanges until you find your fit, I still don’t agree with her advice.. After they have me send the bras back, they are leaving me a voicemail and telling me I have to pay a balance now to receive my exchange. What? I specifically confirmed it would be even prior because If it wasn’t going to be even, I wanted to order a band extender and try that or hold onto them as I’m losing weight. Instead, I got coerced into sending back bras I otherwise would have kept if the company had been honest and shared with me that they would then turn around and charge me for the exchange. This was done in absolute poor and embarrassing taste.
ETA after company’s response: I DID reach out to the company prior to writing this and have not been responded to. So the response is generic.

I visited the Edinburgh store on 12th February, hoping to be fitted for a bra. I approached the women at the desk and she couldn’t give me a space until the next day, which was fine, but her manner and attirude made me feel like I was an inconvenience and she was doing me a favour by giving me an appointment. I said I would have a look around, which was fine, however stock on the shelves was disappointing, very few bras, not much variety of sizes, and although we spent some time looking, and a member of staff was returning items to shelves, not once did anyone speak to us or ask if we needed any assistance. I have been a customer of the Edinburgh Bravissimo store for over 20 years and shopped in their Multrees Way store and always had excellent service. I could walk in, try on bras, ask for advice and never felt I was being a nuisance, but that is exactly how I felt this time. I didn’t try any on as the limited size availability meant my size wasn’t there and the staff didn’t give off, “I’m here to help” vibes. In Multrees Way there was always plenty in stock and a the majority of styles online were available in store. I have to say, I don’t think I’ll be rushing back.

Visited the Chester branch without an appointment and couldn’t have been treated better. Although I was feeling a little apprehensive about being fitted for my new bras, I really shouldn’t have been as Julie put me at ease straight away. Within five minutes, she had bought me a selection of bras that fitted beautifully and the most difficult task was deciding which ones I preferred! Will definitely recommend to my friends and I will be visiting for a swimming costume soon. Brilliant service which is a pleasure to experience. Well done Bravissimo.

What has happened to bravissimo? I have been buying bras and swim suits there for years and years. I have a good everday underwired bra that I regularly buy. Recently I've bouht things I am disappointed with and feel badly advised about. I went in for a fitting for a comfortable bra (to wear at home when relaxing) and got a great bra/crop top and then a bra that I found out was for after surgery - its not supportive, weird shape and unsuitable (as I have never had surgery). I bought a swimsuit that has an uncomfortable seam on the bottom. I just dont know why the seam is there? I dont feel confident with the fitters anymore and think I might try and find somewhere else. What a shame

Excellent service at the Solihull store in fitting me with a sports swimsuit. The assistant, Cerys, who fitted me was very friendly and helpful, bringing different styles and sizes for me to try on. Her advice and assistance was invaluable and I ended up with a completely different size to what I had thought. I’m really glad I had a fitting, as It fits perfectly, with no chafing around the arms when swimming. Exceptional and friendly customer service, thank you. Very happy customer .

Ho ordinato un reggiseno dall’Italia. Solo una volta arrivato al mio ufficio postale ho scoperto 18 euro aggiuntivi, a quel punto ho contattato il servizio clienti del sito che mi ha informato essere a carico mio. Non so se l’informazione è sfuggita a me durante l’acquisto, sicuramente non è lampante, ad ogni modo se ordinate dall’Italia tenetene conto

I had such a special experience at Bravissimo Oxford Circus, and I need to say a heartfelt thank you to Ruth. I’ve recently lost a lot of weight and was feeling quite vulnerable about being fitted again, but she made me feel completely safe, comfortable and supported from the very first moment.
She was gentle, encouraging and genuinely kind — not just doing her job, but really listening. At the end of my fitting she left me a handwritten note on my card congratulating me and wishing me well on my journey. It actually made me a little emotional. That small act of kindness meant more than she probably realises.
Ruth, you’ll definitely be seeing me again.

I went for a bra fitting at the shop in Oxford today.
The service was very good. They are extremely good at listening to the customer and what they are looking for.
They are prepared to take time with you to try many bras.
They go beyond just looking at sizes to bust shape and ensuring it fits well.

Although the fitting went well. Within a year both of my Elomi bra underwires snapped in half. With the bras costing a lot , I would expect them to last longer than that and I have never had a bras underwire snap before, although I do usually buy good quality. I will not purchase again from bravissimo as I would expect it to last longer! I will go to John Lewis a brand you can trust to do the right thing! As no offer of replacement from bravissimo customer service told fair wear and tear.

I have had these 4 bodysuits costing approx £50 each. The lace on 2 of them is flimsy, the other other 2 more sturdy. The black and the pink ones ripped quite badly after 6 months. the red and white ones are made with elastane so have lasted 10 months. I have gone online to look at new designs. poor results, just 4 in black and one in green with a high neck (so unable to wear this one under lots of clothes). I spoke with customer services and they said that there is nothing they can do about the ripped ones. I asked if they could give me a voucher towards buying new ones. they said no. Disappointing..........

Bravissimo have an excellent range, and their products have been of high quality. Their in person bra fitting service is also excellent, especially when buying first bras for girls, and post body changes when you lose sense of your size.
I have been a customer for over four years and I keep coming back because you simply cannot fault their customer service. They deal with enquiries, orders, and issue with friendly, efficient and speedy service.

I went to the Bravissimo store in Guildford and will never bra shop anywhere else. I have always struggled with bras as I have a small band and large cup size, but the employees really know what they’re talking about and recommended the ‘Millie Bra’ to me. I have worn it every day since and want one in every colour and style, it is incredible and I never thought I could feel so comfortable in a wired bra, whilst also feeling confident and sexy.
I went back a couple of months later hoping to find a strapless bra, having new hope in bras since my last visit while previously giving up on strapless because of my size. I explained all of this to the employee and she reassured me there is no size they cannot accommodate, and she did in fact find a bra that worked for me and made me feel confident and supported (the Curvy Kate strapless bra).
I love bravissimo and will be staying loyal, thank you for making me feel confident in myself after years of feeling the opposite.
Some of the bras are pricey but in my opinion worth every single penny.

I visited the Edinburgh store in desperate need of comfortable bras that actually fitted. I was seen promptly, and the fitter, Angela, was a revelation. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind, something severely lacking from other experiences that I have had over the years. And it turns out that I had been wearing completely the wrong size my whole life! I left with two great bras.

I’ve recently lost 11 st I thought I would treat my self to a new bra I got fitted with a bra after wearing it for a few hrs the bra was cutting into me making me sore so I decided to go back they fitted me with another bra I wore it for few hrs it cut me under the armpit leaving sore so I returned to the shop to be told it was normal for bras to cut in and they had one more bra to try but not to return if it was uncomfortable as it could not be changed the girl was rude she wouldn’t leave the changing room while it
tried it on it was an experience I don’t want to go through again so I unprofessional made me feel ashamed and

Been going to the Leeds store for years, always had a five star service. Lovely staff, always kind and helpful, and give expert advice. Haven’t been anywhere else since I first visited, and don’t intend to. Bras are great, good quality and fit well - feel great in them! Make sure to either hand wash or put in a bag in the washing machine as they last so much longer.

I hadn’t had a bra fitting in 20+yrs so was a bit nervous but no need as Dinishya at the Cardiff branch was really good and quickly identified that I was wearing the wrong size. My shape had obviously changed and I went from wearing a 34E to a 32G. She listened to what I wanted, it was important for me to have support and comfort before how it looks. I tried lots of styles which all gave me comfort, support and they were all pretty too. I kept the bra on as I couldn’t believe the support it gave, I spent all day looking at my boobs! Worthwhile experience especially for the larger busted wearers.

Had to return some bras as they were to big. I was served by Claire who was very helpful,not a problem with exchanges. There was another young lady who served me who was just as helpful. Would recommend the branch in Newcastle, staff always helpful & very patient when choosing items.
