He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003. Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. Staff were very helpful in arranging a time to suit us. We dropped the car off at 5pm and it was ready to pick up the next morning. All very efficient. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Courteous and prompt attention
I was dealt with promptly and courteously at the Service Reception, having already checked in on-line.
I had a similar experience when I collected my car later that day.
I liked the introduction of a video detailing the Vehicle Health Check.

Courtesy and Efficiency

Car was collected early
Car was collected early, which was good.The service & MOT were all fine & it was nice to see the video of the underneath of my car!! Excellent reporting from Honda once everything was completed & the car was brought back in really good time. Very happy!!
