Couldn't recommend BRB enough. Myself and my partner recently bought an old tenement flat in Glasgow and they completely ripped out the old central heating system and boiler and replaced it all within 1 working day. Unbelievable turnaround a service.

New radiators
I had all of the radiators in my house replaced by Martin (BRB employee). Martin arrived promptly, was extremely well organised in the way he worked and completed the job in good time. There was absolutely no mess and he was able to fit the new ones so that there is hardly any repainting to be done on the walls. He explained any issues clearly and was really friendly.

It was a breath of fresh air to have tradesmen who took a pride in what they were doing. They came on time and were finished within five hours.

What an impressive company! From my first contact with them they gave a very comprehensive service, providing a very detailed fixed price quote through to completion of what was an unusually complex job. All of the engineers on site were obviously very competent and experienced and ensured at all stages that our house was kept clean and tidy. Well done BRB!

Very helpful team, no issues on installation and good back up as pressure was not good on day 3 however sorted out.

Not the cheapest quote I received but the whole process from online enquiry, survey, quote, follow up and eventually installation was very slick and professional and I have no regrets choosing BRB.
The boiler installation itself was completely painless, friendly staff who were also very professional,extremely tidy and efficient.
Having struggled to get local companies to survey and quote and having been bombarded with conflicting information in the process - I would have no hesitation in recommending that family and friends should phone BRB in the 'first' place and save a lot of time.

Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The information from the staff in the office was great and accurate. The team that did the install were very helpful and I couldn’t believe how quick it was.

I had a new combi boiler fitted yesterday which replaces my old boiler and hot water tank and I have to say that I am really pleased with the value for money and the standard of work completed by the guys who had it all completed within eight hours with little or no mess.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Online quote followed up the next day, engineer appointment made for later in the afternoon and quote given immediately. All this within 24 hours.
Job agreed, quote accepted, work completed 48 hours later.
A complete new boiler fitted within 96 hours in January, impressive by any standard.
Everyone I dealt with was polite, honest and open. I Immediately felt this was a company I could trust and they did not let me down. They have been in contact since the job was completed and the paper trail has been superb.
