Stay away from BRCK.com for SMS API/SIP Trunking
I recently onboarded with BRCK.com for their SMS API and quickly found out their support is terrible. Their API documentation is bare-bones and doesn’t even cover crucial details like:
-How often a webhook POST is retried if it fails
-A complete list of possible status codes
When I asked support about these basics, I either got no answer or completely wrong information. After following up multiple times, I finally got an email from their CEO, Lance Condray, telling me we’re “not a good fit” if we “can’t figure it out on our own.”
Who says that to a customer—especially when the documentation is missing critical information required to integrate the API in the first place? It’s a ridiculous way to run a product and a company.
Stay away from this company for their SMS or their SIP trunking. They are horrible.
