Disaster
Went to mix some paint. 2 the same paint had different shade. Clearly visible. Another 2 colours were mixed wrong amounts I provided.

Great and helpful staff

Very bad they were trying to charge me 80 percent more than all the other Brewers
And I have a trade account
Went to another brewers and got it for my usual price
And the salespersons lied about a price increase

New Customer - Totally Messed Up Order
Thought i would use a local company for my order.
Order placed easily enough , payment taken ok then the fiasco began.
Ordered Sunday 28th September with a 5 working day lead time , Monday 6th October arrived had to call them , still awaiting goods. Tuesday 7th October called again for update , one item in but other other missing , staff called wharehouse and they advised they would have to re-order again and should be in next week !!!! this will be over 14 days from ordering if it indeed comes in , how can you plan jobs with customers when let down by business run this way.
Alternative purchased over the counter a Tool Station but i have to wait for rest of the goods to turn up just to return them for a refund as cannot part cancell.
