I have had the absolute worst experience with brighter image lab. They stole 2,000 dollars from me as my account is paid in full and I never received my veneers. The customer service department will not even take calls. I am only told that they have a NO RETURN POLICY... However I HAVE NEVER EVEN RECEIVED TGE PRODUCT. I AM TREATED SO DISGUSTIGLY RUDE BY THE ONE PERSON EHO WILL ANSWER THE PHONE ONLY TO GIVE YOU AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT CLAIMS TO BE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT KICKS BACK AN EMAIL AGAIN WITH WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY CRIMINAL. THERE ARE LAWS THAT PROTECT THE CONSUMER SI BEST BELIEVE THERE IS A LAW SUIT BEING FILED AGAINST BRIGHTER IMAGE LAB. I did the 2 x instalments which I paid $809 upfront without any issues.
The next instalment came around to pay , and having funds in my account , they said it was declined (several times)
So I rang my bank, nothing wrong on my end .
Still declined.
Told them to take it out of my husbands account (another bank )
Declined.
Was told it was our banks.
Asked them how first payment went through perfectly but now there is an issue..
They cant explain, just that it's our banks fault .
If I get shammed, I'm going to be 1 extremely pissed off Australian women .
Unethical, dishonest company
I spent $2400 on an upper and lower veneer. I also purchased the 2 year extended warranty. After one year of occasional use the bottom veneer snapped in half. I was shocked since I work from home and only wear these occasionally when I go out. I contacted BIL and initiated my warrant claim. I followed directions and sent the broken veneer back. I was then informed I needed to pay another $199 to process my warranty. After paying $2400 and buying an extended warranty you think they would send me a new veneer. Nope. They would rather extort the customer for more money. BIL is unethical, shady and their product is junk. They lack integrity and do NOT stand behind their product. I sincerely wish I never wasted my money.

Been dealing with BIL for over a year for my second set of veneers. The first time went well. This time, not so well. I am basically being told that they can’t make me a top veneer and I am can not get a refund. How can this be legal.
The worst product and company DONT BUY
The worst product. I have had to return these veneers 5 times now. I spent $3500 on these and I regret it everyday. The fit is never right. There are these white streaks throughout the veneers, gum lines are all jagged, clear film peeling off the veneers, and the best is the last time I got back the veneers they weren't even my teeth. Yes they gave me another persons teeth and made me put them in and take a pic before allowing a return. This newest return the veneers came back with the same issues that I complained about the first, second, third, and fourth times sending them back. Looking them over after unwrapping them there is a hole in the top veneer. Not one person from the company has ever called or emailed me to fix the problem or even just say sorry for the B.S. Please for anyone who is looking to buy anything from this company don't. Go to the dentist I'm telling you now you will NOT be happy with what you get. I wish I could show you pictures but it will not allow me to upload pics. DO NOT BUY. There are other sites like smile direct club which is 3x cheaper then these people and they did a good job. I ordered from there to compare and hands down smile direct club is the way to go. This company, its products, and its mission statement is B.S. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Don't let their advertising get you. The product they send you is not going to be even close to what you see on their website or commercials. Please know that I wrote this 4-5 months after getting the first veneers sent to me so I have had sometime to really make a good judgement call about this company. Hopefully I can get this fixed, ill keep everyone updated and ill try to leave pictures of the rear veneers you will get not the photoshopped pictures.

I was so excited when I received my veneers in the mail and I could not wait to open the box. My veneers looked amazing and fitted perfectly with no problems what so ever. I love the fact that they're light in weight and very easy to apply and remove. I'd like to thank all those involved from BRIGHTER IMAGE LAB for giving me the perfect smile I've always wanted, it has certainly changed my life in so many ways by giving me the confidence to smile without putting my hand over my mouth is just amazing.

This place is absolutely AMAZING ! the work they do,the customer service,EVERYTHING! I have not one complaint. I've always had a gap I've been self conscious about and over the years started having other issues. I would literally never smile with my mouth open. Since getting them I can't stop smiling ! I mailed in my impressions June 29th. I got my teeth back JULY 16th! They are perfect,don't need any alterations or anything. Something I love about this customer service also,they sound like they actually like their job ,& WANT to help..they don't sound or act like your inconviencing them if you have a question. & they always keep you updated with what process your veneers are in which was another favorite thing for me ..def 10/10 and I will ALWAYS recommend them from here on out

Please do not do any business with this company they are total scam and they will never give you money back the product they have is very poor quality they discolor after a few months they never go white again they break so much I’ve lost one whole year going back-and-forth with them constantly re-purchasing new veneers because they break or discolor every purchasing warranty they just want more and more money on the end a I’m sitting here with the product that I cannot use I lost 1000$ They are so quick to tell you about their policy how they do not issue refound but all they doing is trying to take money for another replacement because their product is total trash! They do not take care of their customers all they do is ask for more money for the product that they made so cheaply that is not what the claims are for. They force you from beginning to write a review on Google once you get them but issues start few months after that and it just goes down the road from there. I ordered mine during the pandemic and was a little skeptical but I’m glad I did purchase them..The process took about a month and a half due to COVID-19..But I am very pleased I still have them and wear them almost every day Bil is legit I wonder why I see scam post about them customer service answers the phone almost 24/7 and are very friendly if you want to give them a try I recommend go for it you will love them!!!!

they looked great
However ,
Prior to my purchase ,
I asked 3 different staff ,
What the material of the veneers is made out of.
All 3 said the same thing...
the veneers are made out of a hard composite material , similar to real veneers.
This is NOwhere near true !
The veneers are clearly made out of a thin wimpy plastic material.
They are NOT made out of a hard composite material.
They utilize the mold you provide them
with
computer aided drafting
then
PLASTIC
and
a 3D printer ,
To render ,
a thin wimpy PLASTIC Veneer.
They should not even call their product a veneer.
My new upper PLASTIC veneer
Broke in 2 pieces ,
when simply removing the veneer
The supervisor told me
it was my fault and
I am suppose to remove the veneer
with 2 hands simultaneously
and not 1 hand alone
or
The veneer can get a hair-line fracture or break
I was within the 90-day warranty
So
They accepted my claim
and
After receiving the broken veneer in the mail
they made me a new upper PLASTIC veneer.
45 days later
I received my new replacement PLASTIC veneer
They looked great
But
They were a bit loose
Which I told staff
Via their web chat
And asked if they could send me a new tighter upper veneer
like the very 1st veneer that broke
and then
I'll send the loose 1 back ,
when the new 1 arrives
so I don't need to wait another 45 days
For a tighter veneer.
Brighter image said , NO.
What was shocking was ,
they actually told me to use denture cream Instead.

I was indeed within the 90-day warranty.

Since it takes them 45 days
from start to finish
I contacted Brighter Image 45 days later

Asking for an update
On my replacement veneer.
Staff said
brighter image denied my claim
Over a month ago
Staff said
It had been 95 days ,
So it was denied
Due to not being within the 90 day warranty
I was extra upset
Cause
Brighter Image did not contact me
To inform me of the claim denial.
I called the supervisor the next day.
She confirmed
My warranty claim was denied
I explained
The veneer required a signature
But
I live in a condo ,
Like an apartment
therefore
I had to go to the post office to sign for the veneer
After I returned home from working out of state.
I received the veneer in hand
1 week after
They arrived at the post office.
But
Brighter Image goes by the date they arrived at the post office but under the by-laws of the warranty its states that it's once you take possession of the product.
I was so upset
I just asked the supervisor
To Mail my broken veneer back to me
She said Yes
2 weeks later
I still had not received my broken veneer back
so I called
they said
they had no record of me requesting the broken veneer back
Once again upset
I requested it to be mailed to me
She said Yes
1 week later
I called again
and they said
they had no record of me requesting the broken veneer back
Once AGAIN upset
I requested it to be mailed to me
She said Yes
But
I need you to pay $10 shipping
I paid $10 shipping
I received the broken plastic veneer 2 weeks later
Their product is NOT what they claim it to be
Their product is a very thin fragile piece of hard plastic
and
a tooth pick is stronger
You would be a fool to purchase a product from brighter image

Brighter Image Lab is unethical AF
This company is a sham. I paid in full and went to my dentist before I did my impressions to make sure my teeth were healthy enough for veneers. I found out thru my dentist that veneers are bad for your teeth and they do more harm than good. Requested a refund and was told no because I hired them to make a custom product. Even though they didn't even begin to make my veneers, they're trying to keep my money as if they already did. They have an F rating from the (BBB) Better Business Bureau. They are crooks and con artists. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

Ordering and using the kit were a breeze. I did practice drills beforehand to get the process down, and the finished product arrived on schedule.
You can instantly tell they're durable and looked like shiny fine jewelry when i opened the container. so exciting! I'm currently in the process of an adjustment but the bite is excellent which is helping my lower jaw not pull back which was unexpected and I'm thrilled about that. I had some concerns but after speaking with Shelly at the lab without a doubt they seriously care about people and the care they provide. After a few rounds of phone tag I had a great conversation with Shelly who was able to answer all of my questions with great kindness and reassurance and instruction for the next steps. I could truly feel the sincerity and delight in what they do to help others feel better about their self and gain a better smile.
Feeling this is much different that just hearing it!
This comes through in their videos which eventually led me to Brighter Image Labs after watching about 85 reviews and sales videos from multiple other companies. btw I found it obvious that other companies have stolen Brighter image labs results photos which speaks volumes so absolutely NO on those companies. I will update my review once I'm finished with the adjustment. :)

They are very helpful and the product is amazing both
in durability and price. So much more affordable
than the implants, caps or makeovers for teeth that
the professionals recommend. The snap on veneers
are sturdy and I eat while wearing them every day. It
does take 3 days for the mind, mouth and mirror to adjust, so be patient! Then you will love the product.

I do not have my product yet but will reevaluate my review when I do. But so far, not a good experience. I ordered 3/15, they sent an impression kit, I completed and sent it back, they needed it redone so I redid it and sent it back; impressions were accepted on 3/29. I called 3/29 and asked if I updated to 7-10 day processing if I would have my veneers within 3 weeks as I had pictures coming up and I wanted them by then(if not, that was fine, I just would not upgrade). I was ensured I would as long as I didn't have to redo my impressions. I paid for the upgraded processing time, I called yesterday as they have not moved, and I am told that they will not ship out for another 2 weeks. I now am told that there is nothing they can do, I am lying, they do not give dates; times are all estimated.
Update** This morning my case went to the shipping queue ironically. When I called to see when it would be shipped today and if adding expedited shipping would get it here tomorrow, I was told she didn't know. It would be either today or tomorrow. I asked about sending it to a different address. She said that it would be put on hold for 4 days, and I also needed to send in a selfie with a government id.. I told her I was not doing that and to send it to the address on file. Well, come to find out, I am now not in compliance, I have to send an e-mail and they cannot give me a time frame that someone will get back to me.
Will update once I receive an update with their response.
Okay, after waiting OVER a week, promised 2 call backs and an e-mail response within 24 hours, I finally spoke to a supervisor. I was not in compliance because I gave them a bad review.
I got my veneers and they DO NOT FIT! They do not cover all of my teeth, one side of the tooth is covered the other side is not covered. My teeth are crooked and they were supposed to be centered and they are not.
To send them back you have to call in and request it, then go online and request an adjustment as well, they then will get back to you. there is no time frame for that of course. You have to do send them back in. The customer has to do all of the work for the price paid. Not worth the money, I am filing a BBB complaint.
This company is a joke so far. Would not recommend.
