Total crap, been totally ripped off i ordered these boots as a present for my wife am so disappointed, boots are the worst thing ever got. Brilliant shoes you should be ashamed of yourself hopefully will get response from my email. DONT BY FROM BRILLIANTSHOES

Boots arrived late and are not fit for purpose. Disgraceful quality, think I would be crippled if I tried wearing them. Tried to get a refund but absolutely NO reply from them. Really should be banned from operating. Trading standards should check them out. Disgusting that they are just conning people with false claims.

Ordered boots several week ago and then they arrived they are totally different boots, different shape and material just cheap tat. They expect me to pay to return postage and offer 10% discount. I wish I had checked here first. Please avoid as I now need to contact the bank.

I would give zero stars but unfortunately that option is not available! I ordered black faux suede, knee-high stretch boots in wide fit. What I received was black creased plastic-looking knee-high boots that were not stretch or wide fit. The company has told me I can either have 15% of the cost back and keep the boots, or send them back for a full refund but I have to pay to send them. I’ve told them this is not acceptable as they made the error so need to sort the transportation themselves and give me a full refund……I’m awaiting their reply but I’m not holding my breath.

We ordered boots from this company in chocolate got a cheap pair back in sand colour absolutely disgusting on contacting offered 10% back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Quality of boots shocking. Supposed to have stretchy legs. A child’s legs are the only ones getting theirs in these. Bin it is. What a waste of money

If only you could give a minus review. As with all the other reviews this company is awful. I only ordered from them as the website is a co.uk site implying they are a UK company, THEY ARE NOT. The quality is so poor and not as advertised at all, they don’t even look like the boots on the site. I contacted them to request a regund and surprisingly I received a prompt reply, however they can only be returned to China, at my expense or I can accept a measly 10% refund. I can’t believe I fell for this, more fool me

They sent the wrong size, wrong colour , wrong boot . so do not use only give you 10per cent refund or you have to pay postage back which was more than the boot cost

Contacted company they offer 10% discount to keep and you have to pay international logistics cost to return which is more than the product value. Raised dispute via pay pal. Avoid.

If I could rate lower I would
1. My ‘knee high boots’ are not knee high, shin high only, and I’m short!)
2. The picture and video looks nothing like I got
3. They were supposed to zip at side - zip is at the back
4. They were supposed to be faux suede - they’re plastic
5. They don’t fit at all, I measured before I ordered
6. Customer service haven’t bothered replying
7. The bag the arrived in was burst open, no box, no protective padding, no paperwork (unless it fell out the big hole that was already in the bag!)

Complete waste of money. Avoid ! These arrived squashed into a plastic bag so they were badly creased Quality ??? I use the term loosely. There is no quality to these. I wish I'd read the reviews before taking a punt. There's no way anyone could wear these and trust the heels won't break off. I didn't expect them to be top end given the price but I thought I'd be able to at least wear them to one event. Won't be risking though.

I ordered a pair of boots for my wife as they looked good on the website, but I wish that I had read the reviews first. The boots arrived 4 weeks later, and were not the size advertised as my wife couldn’t even get her feet in the shoes. After 2 weeks their customer services got back to me to say that I would have to pay the postage to return them to China or accept 25% of the cost to keep them. The return cost was actually more than the boots cost, so we reluctantly kept them, and donated them to charity.
I urge anybody not to use this scam company.

I ordered a pair of shoes in UK size 6 which were considerably smaller and very poor quality. I am waiting for return instructions but not very positive after seeing other reviews on here.

Very very poor quality....ordered wide fit but could not even get my foot in. Arrived 3 weeks after ordering. They were creased and crushed. No response to emails. They are going in the bin! Do not waste your money

Brilliant liars.Ordered two pairs of shoes from them update on one pair supposedly transferring to courier last week surprise no shoes First pair of shoes arrived the only thing I can say is they fit wrong colour not leather will wait to see what happens with next pair first and last purchase from this company

This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The trainers I ordered were very poor quality. Sharp bits inside. So impossible to wear. I asked for a refund and they said I had to pay return shipping for it toChina. Shipping cost more than the trainers! The trainers cost £23.89. This included shipping. The sent me £3.79 refund. I would recommend you never buy from this company. Check there feedback. I wish I had. They have not one good one.

I ordered two pairs of shoes. I received only one pair and despite pointing out that the weight given on the package was the same weight as one pair of shoes, the company kept saying their warehouse records show two pairs were sent. No. They didn't. Plastic bag they arrived in was too small for two pairs anyway.
Offered me 20% discount, which I accepted because despite several emails they refused to budge. So I have one pair of shoes at nearly double the price.
