Brown Paper Packages Avis 

Super shop! I bought a hamper for my daughter and chose all sorts of goodies which was fun to do and my girl loved the hamper!
It was an international delivery and there were some issues with the delivery, but Helen from Brown Paper Packages was really on it & helped to sort it.
My daughter was thrilled with her gift and I would highly recommend

I arranged for almost 90 boxes to be delivered to my colleagues in the UK, and Helen and her team were brilliant, the boxes arrived really quickly.
We had a couple of user issues putting in their details, but nothing Helen couldn't help us fix.
The boxes themselves were filled with a lovely range of treats, and there was something for everyone.
We also printed a card with our company logo and a message.
I can't recommend them strongly enough.

Easy to create a bespoke box, recipient was suitably pleased and enjoyed the gifts.
Quite pricey, but you are paying for the package not just a few items in a box.

Really disappointed with the contents of my box, it was described as having an eye mask and a candle, well the eye mask is a throw away use once one, and the candle is a tea light. The socks and soap are nice, but it was a big box, for a big price with a few bits in it.

I ordered twelve custom-made hampers for teammates and they were here within 24 hours. The items are great quality, and will make for lovely gifts at our Christmas party. We'll definitely be using them again - thank you!

A great gift and lovely that you can choose the items to personalise products. An interesting selection of items too, the chocolate protein bars were a hit!
The recipient was very happy, and service was fast and efficient.

I chose the build my own box option and I loved the wide array of products. Gave me the sense that I have put in extra effort to carefully select what my friend would enjoy. The custom message on the postcard was the cherry on top! My friend loved his care package. He could also easily reschedule the delivery date so that he would be there to receive the package. 10/10 would definitely use this service again for all of my UK friends.

I bought a care package, personalised by myself for my sister as I couldn’t be there for her birthday. She’s loved it and it arrived on time for her birthday.

Great service, arrived super quickly and nicely packaged. Brown paper packages had a good range of choice and was one of the more affordable letterbox gift companies I found.

Absolutely love this company. It’s the first time I’ve used them and I cannot fault them. My dear friend lost his Grandparent last weekend and I wanted to send a care package that was quality and not just full of sweets. BPP has plenty of beautiful gifts to choose from to tailor your package to whoever you’re sending to. Delivery was speedy and everything was gorgeous. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone I know!

Really lovely products and a good service. I've used them twice and both times the recipients were delighted with their gifts. The website could be improved to make it easier to view descriptions of items before at after you've selected them, but overall, it's a great service and I will continue to use it.
