Fantastic product, late delivery
Next day delivery, but ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived on a Monday. Package and set up otherwise is excellent.

Yours came in the afternoon so was despatch on Friday for the next working day - in this case Monday. Just what I wanted
I wanted to create a care package for a male friend and this was perfect. I was able to select several items to tailor it to his personality. Everything arrived as I’d hoped, delivery was fast and items were well packaged. Would definitely use this service again in the future.

Product fine. Disappointed with delivery, ordered Saturday morning before 12 for next working day delivery with delivery charge. Wasn’t delivered til Tuesday.

Your feedback is appreciated and your point is valid, and something we're trying to fix and make clearer. Unfortunately our company is not yet large enough for a weekend despatch to be viable, so all Friday afternoon to Sunday night orders are packed and despatched Monday for Tuesday delivery. We do state this in our delivery terms, but we will review our messages at key points on the site to ensure we're providing clarity pre-purchase. Glad the product went down well.

Got one of the brown paper packages for a friend and she absolutely loved it. The ability to customise is a definite plus. I also had a query regarding my order which was addressed very quickly by the customer service team. All round great service and I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

I found Brown Paper Packages online when trying to find a package for my son who was isolating with covid19 in the UK. I live in Australia so wanted something local in London. I sent a box of treats and the quiz box. He was so grateful and said the treats and teas and games were good quality and fun. Thankyou so much.

Great site for birthday presents etc
Great site for birthday presents etc. My sister was thrilled when the surprise package arrived, beautifully packaged. Arrived on time with plenty of notice beforehand and an update after it was delivered.
Would not hesitate to use the site again, highly recommend!
