Great service with excellent communication every strep of the process.
We had an urgent job that needed sampling, approving and then a production batch laser etching. It was an efficient, no hassle process that achieved a great result and impressed our customer. I would highly recommend using Brunel Engraving again for future projects.

Unreliable
Paid for fast track on two pieces of engraving that were meant to be retirement gifts for Teachers, and the delivery is ‘delayed without any further information’. Called them twice and haven’t had a call back either time as to where the pieces are.

Great customer service from start to finish. Clear communication throughout, kept in the loop with everything. Prompt in changing things before engraving. Engraving was on point and delivered ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend.

Great Service
I contacted Brunel to obtain some trophies and engraving but it was incredibly last minute as we had been let down. Spoke to the sales team on a Tuesday, ordered straight away and had them delivered on the Friday at 11am. Incredible service, items were fantastic and exactly what we wanted. Quality of the trophies were fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
