After I failed to approve a proof in a timely manner, Brunel were left with very little time to actually produce the time-critical product. They pulled out all the stops and delivered it on time. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and also the quality of the product; it was an engraving that involved a fine line drawing and a logo, and it was reproduced and packaged beautifully.

Great website with lots to choose from. The ordering process was easy to use. We ordered 5 Jade corporate awards and requested a preview. Our order was very quickly followed up with a phone call to say the preview was ready for our approval. We had requested a fast track order as we needed the awards quickly and we are based in the North of Scotland. The items arrived on schedule, they were very well packaged, and we were kept informed all along the process. The recipients received their awards and were blown away by the quality and beautiful engraving.
