Good quality and quick
We needed a plaque at fairly short notice and are really happy with the order process, price, options and quality of the finished product. Brunel Engraving were an easy company to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them

Very quick delivery

Delivered wrong colour plaque - chancers
They delivered a plaque which was white instead of grey and instead of replacing it they asked me to pay for a new one (with a 20% discount).

I am very surprised and disappointed to see that you have left a 1 star review of us at Brunel Engraving Company, we take great pride in both the plaques we produce and the service we offer to our customers, and our incredible score of 4.9 on Trustpilot is testament to this.
We have sold Marble Effect plaques for many years and there are several photos highlighting that this plaque is white, in all the years we have been providing these plaques you are the first customer to say they expected it to be grey. Furthermore you also received a proof prior to production that you subsequently approved showing a white plaque with black text, by your own admission you said you did not check the colour of the plaque merely the text it contained but had you made us aware at this stage that you were expecting a grey plaque we could have amended the order to grey corian which mimics slate.
At Brunel Engraving we do understand the importance of the plaques we are producing particularly when they are for a loved one which is why despite us feeling that we had produced a plaque as per the order details we received we did offer you a discount for a replacement plaque. I am very sorry to hear that you do not feel this is a suitable solution.
