Bryant and Cairns Windows & Conservatories Avis 

We cannot praise the service we have received from Bryant & Cairns highly enough. From the day we walked into their showroom to the conclusion of our installation the service, communication, efficiency and quality of product have been no less than exemplary. Every member of staff we met were courteous, friendly and explained the processes and timelines involved. We were a little concerned that the new wooden sills may cause damage or be ill fitting with our current tiles and decor. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our fitters, Alan & Peter did a truly excellent job with perfect fit and zero damage. They also were spot on with their timescales and cleaned up after them every day. We are over the moon with the finished product and cannot praise Bryant & Cairns highly enough

We had our windows and doors installed by Bryant & Cairns in 2017. We chose them at the time based on the professionalism and attitude of their staff and of course they were also competitive in terms of cost as well. They also came with a 10 year guarantee. We have had no issues with the windows and doors until very recently when we had to contact them about one of our patio doors not locking correctly. The response was outstanding and the perfect example of good customer service. Lynsey in the office was in touch with us immediately and advised as this was a security issue they would have someone out the same day. Stephen the engineer attended that afternoon and not only repaired the patio doors but noticed an alignment issue with the front door as he was leaving and proceeded to repair that for us as well. Best customer service experience I have had in a long time

Exceptional service from start to finish. No pressure sales. The installation team completed our replacement conservatory roof in three days. They were polite and cleared up each day. An excellent company, and we were delighted to be able to use a local family business to replace our door and window. Very efficient from start to finish - no ‘hard sell’ at the beginning, just useful information. The fitting was exactly as planned, and went very smoothly, and we were very impressed that someone came as promised afterwards to repair a small bit of damage to our rendering. Overall an excellent choice, and we’re very happy with the result.

I chose BC because of the recommendation from my neighbour. Almost all the flats in my building has bc windows.
Happy from the beginning to the end. Salesman wasn't pushy, informs you very well. Price was very reasonable.
They came again to measure details, get council permission, notify installation date in well advanced.
Installers turn up on time, polite and considerate, clean and tidied up after work done every day. Very speedy, 9 windows in 2.5 days. Probably even faster if they didn't have to accommodate our room clearing schedules. They were totally upfront about any manufacturing defects and come back to fix it next week.
Best of all, they didn't ask a penny before the job done.
I've never this stress free on home renovation. I wish bc does other things like bathroom and kitchen.

If you are looking for a replacement conservatory roof, don’t use this company. 1st November 2025(not the 1st leak)I came home to water running down a wall. It took almost 4months to ‘fix’ the leak. Christmas dinner was cancelled. Still waiting to find out when painter will come to repaint the wall.

We have just had a beautiful conservatory installed by Bryant & Cairns and we could not be happier.

Really super team, professional and dedicated to getting the job done to the highest standards.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and the project went extremely smoothly.

We had a new glass conservatory roof fitted replacing original of 23 years (a polycarbonate)plus a new laminate floor .
The original was built by B&C plus double glazing to other windows the following year .We knew the quality and workmanship was lasting as out conservatory was still in great condition as indeed our windows.
Nothing has changed.
Great service came as scheduled and fitted expertly a quality product with a great finnish.

We had used Bryant and Cairns many years before. Were they still good? We got a few quotes and felt that B and C came in with a price we felt comfortable with in comparison with one supplier that was just ridiculous. And then constantly contacted with a lower price. End to end we felt that our particular job was handled professionally and and queries satisfactorily covered. We were kept up to date with what what happening. The fitters turned up on time. Did a great job. Left the place clean and also advised that there was a small job outstanding that another team would finish off. That team arrived the next day ( only negative was no advice given they were coming). Again they finished this off and we were happy with the work.
End to end I'd have no hesitation in using Bryant and Cairns again.

Having used Bryant and Cairns before and seen first-hand their service and products, we ordered doors from them last year. There were a few issues with one of the doors. To their credit, they did everything possible to resolve each issue, including some decisive steps that I’m reasonably confident that not a lot of companies would have considered. Everything is now resolved and we’re very happy.

It is inevitable that, on occasion, things go wrong - it’s how a company deals with them that gives a true picture of it and its values. Bryant and Cairns have really exceeded our expectations 99% of the time. We will happily use them again in the future.

I contacted Bryant & Cairns after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I was a little anxious to start the process of finding the right double glazing company after a bad experience with a shutter company a few years ago, which left us £4000 out of pocket.

This experience couldn’t have been more different. When they called me back, they were really helpful, listened to the issues we had with being by the coast and our current sliding doors, and gave me great advice.
Very few companies will be so honest with you that it effectively rules out their business from getting your job, but it became obvious that the best solution for us isn’t something they carry, and they were scrupulously honest about that. Not every company I’ve contacted since were as honest!

Although we didn’t proceed with the job with B&C, I’ve already recommended them to another family member looking for UPVC French doors, as I think honesty like this deserves to be rewarded.

We had 12 windows and 2 sets of french doors fitted. I have to say I am delighted with the job from every aspect. They turned up on time, worked well and completed on time, clearing up as they worked.
