Buyer Beware. Scam.
I placed an order for a $49.99 bubble gun on Dec 16, 2023, it was to be a Christmas gift for my nephew. When it didn’t arrive by Christmas I figured it was due to shipping issues, etc and I printed a picture and told my nephew it was coming. It didn’t come. I reached out multiple times to bubble gun co and didn’t get a response. When they finally responded on Feb 7 they said that their tracking info said it was delivered on January 12 and that my neighbors probably had my package. I dutifully checked with my neighbors, who did not have my package. I informed them that the package had not arrived and I either wanted them to refund my $50 so I could go buy it for $30 on Amazon, and be ensured it would arrive, or they needed to send me the one I ordered and paid for.
Today, March 21, yes 3 months later, they responded with “since our tracking records say it was delivered there’s nothing we can do”.
I suspect they waited just long enough for my cc to say it’s been too long to dispute the charge.
I partially blame myself for falling for their ridiculous social media ads, and for spending $50 on a plastic toy from China, but I was hopeful it would bring my nephew joy.
BUYER BEWARE.
