I have never had a problem with bubbly belle products until may 28th, I placed an order for 11 of the balls on sale at $3.00 usually getting for no charge shipping we’ll it show d that I had to pay $9.95. And after charging my card for the whole amount, now I’m paying ii in after pay, also . One needs to go. Deborah Parker 931-797-9857. Thanks.

I was super excited when I ordered my Bubbly Belle Bath Bombs. Unfortunately none of them had rings in them!! I have looked online and all the advertisements say that they have rings in them! No where does it say that they only come with a nice compliment inside of the Bath Bombs! I would really appreciate a refund and or the correct bombs sent to me with the rings inside of the bombs.

Make a purchase and then they start taking money out monthly despite me not signing up to a subscription. Rings are cheap nonsense, and when you enter a code, they tell you that you have won a free prize, when you go to claim, they bombard you with extra offers and then charge you for the free item plus 17.95 postage… 👎👎👎

I had a subscription with BB for a while. Every month confirmed £0 for postage. Then this month despite an email to confirm £0 for postage they did in fact charge for it. Raised a complaint and they have refused point blank to refund the payment I never consented to. I have had to raise a fraudulent payment with my bank. Absolutely disgusting.

Rings are fake and turn finger green. Wouldn’t recommend.
I’ve tried to contact them but can’t get through with email and is hard to find a direct contact number to explain my problems.
A bit of a hassle to be a member with this company.

I ordered from you and have tried to find way to put in my code but have found no way to do. I click on the one that says inter code but I get is another web page
with the same stuff. What do you need to be genuis to find what you need. Everything sight I went to was the same YouTube videos. This is what my face looks like trying to find my way 😀🤨🙁😤🤯

Rings are cheap/fake and the bath bombs do not dissolve on their own. They stop fizzing/dissolving half way through. I’m very disappointed.

Absolutely love the products! The website is easy to use and navigate! Whenever I had a problem they were able to help me via their customer service email! I would definitely recommend this company for reveal bath bombs

My sister and I bought bath bombs from here and there were all amazing, however, after that they have been taking money out of bank accounts and sending us bath bombs we DID NOT order!!!! I’ve called and asked for a refund on the money they took out without consent, hopefully they give me my money back!

Attempted to get a job here very liberal. Asked me last time I cried, what I thought about police, what i would do if Amwrican flag was being stepped on etc. No call back and was over qualified. Let politics run business. A military veteran wasnt good enough

Would just like to say thank you! I placed my first order from you last week and got my order this weekend and was VERY pleased! The bath bombs are very satisfying and smell wonderful and rings are absolutely beautiful .I will definitely be ordering from you again !!

well i purchased from use a bathbombs for near 40 pound sterling and just find out my rings are made of rhodium and glass ornament on top in here the rings i got are worthless so use ripped me off

The ring quality was akin to something purchased from a $1 store. If you’re going to buy these items, there are HEAPS better quality, real stones set in sterling silver available BUT NOT HERE. Go to their competition whom I cannot name, although it is not advertising, it is just my personal opinion as the quality of Bubbly Belle products has been absolute rubbish. The "silver" came off and turned a coppery colour within around a week of wearing them, not even constantly, and I’m really disappointed as some of the rings were nice. The stones are fake, just glass they’re not real gem stones at all. Do your research peeps! DO NOT waste your money with them!!!

Edit 31/07/2024***I would give them -2 stars if possible. Mainly because they tried to pull my review. So it was already 1 star then I had to edit it and by the way, it was also nearly 3 yrs after I wrote it so they REALLY care about their customers opinions…not.

I am very disappointed your product, my husband has a subscription with your company as well as purchasing other deals with you and all I have received is dull stones same colored stones,same colored stone in most of the rings and more duplicates of at 6 of the rings. And of course none of the rings have been valued over 25 most have been 10 to 15 dollars. Customers who subscribe and purchase other deals from your company should get at least one decent product for there money. My husband will be cancelling his subscription and not recommending your product to others since apparently your company doesn't want to work with your customers to fix the issue!

I absolutely love these bath bombs as do my girls however with my most recent order which contained 10 bath bombs I received 4 of the same ring of one kind and then 2 of the same ( 1 was a free ring) it was a little disappointing. None the less it's my girls special wind down the week treat so will still continue to order in hopes of getting some different rings

I am so happy with the bath bombs i have purchased. It make for a relaxing fragrant bath and then to have a little red ball floating inthe bath as you get out, you pick it up and excitedly open the red ball...its just the best end to a relaxing moment to yourselves.

I love my rings💍. I get excited very time I get one. Unfortunately I have been getting duplicates💍💍😥.

My wife really likes them. And we are saving the Rings for when our nieces come to visit for Thanksgiving. They are going to love them!
