Wont refund
Website clearly states that a refund will be processed 10 days after sending the item back 18 days and still havent got my refund they claim they never received my item however delivered was refused by me and tracking number confirms the item was sent back to the seller ! Wouldn't recommend !
When I contacted them about my refund they say their return policy is 28 days but in no where on their website states this so fake advertisement I will be reporting this company

Hi Ana, as discussed over several emails from both your initial order which we had to cancel and refund as it wasn’t suitable for you and your subsequent order which you refused delivery of, we never received the item back instead due to some mix up we received a footstool back and not the Cybex Base Z you ordered and refused delivery of. We are doing our best to sort this matter as quickly as possible but according to parcel force tracking the issue is only 7 (working) days old. You can clearly see we do not have the item and I trust we have responded to every single email regarding the issue. We do require some time to sort the issue and feel your review is somewhat premature when we haven’t been given any reasonable amount of time to find out what exactly happened to the Cybex Base Z you refused delivery of. We will of course refund you in due course and will continue to respond and keep you updated regarding the issue. As discussed at the very latest we will refund within 28 days.

Bit of a mix up with an order due to advertising mistake. Company contacted me, advised of mistake and basically honoured my order which means I am getting higher spec item than I had paid for. Excellent customer service, easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Really happy with my purchases & the customer service was excellent. The option of paying in for items is great especially if you don't want baby items in house before baby arrives but want to know its ordered/sorted.
