What an amazing three weeks! Africa was all I hoped that it would be. I travelled with my adult son on this trip through Africa and we had an incredible time. From the wow factor of the lodges we stayed at, the eager fellow travellers, our incredible guide Joel, the ever-changing landscapes, and wide-ranging African animal encounters, this trip was truly a bucket list experience.

A true adventure.Well organised and our tour guide Joel was the BEST.Saw so many animals in their natural habitats,wonderful scenery and the sunsets and sunrises were spectacular.From 2 nights camping to wonderful accommodation throughout.One of the best experiences I’ve had in travelling to 100 countries in all continents.

It was not a holiday it was a memorable adventure. It was well run and the guide Wian was fantastic he knew his stuff and was well organised We stayed in some amazing accommodation but sometimes not long enough to enjoy it. And the animals we did see were fantastic. Most of the trip involved traveling long hours on very corrugated and bumpy roads but it was worth it to see the animals and the places we went to. Overall it was a great adventure,the accommodation was fantastic and the special events were fantastic.

Wonderful trip, very well organised with great tour leader (Gottfried) and lovely travel companions. The accommodation and activities embraced the African landscape. We were fortunate to see many different animal species including the big cats. Sunset cruises were a perfect end to the day. Namib desert was spectacular and unique. I would highly recommend this trip

Every thing about this trip was excellent. From booking directly through Bunniks, assistance with visa application, small group size. Our wonderful guide and driver Gottfried, accommodation and all activities. I highly recommend this trip.

Namibia, Botswana and Victoria Falls is a great trip. The scenery and experiences were top class and almost every property had a real WOW factor, whether it was a hotel with private plunge pool and champagne, a riverside stop with monkeys on the balcony or two nights in a tent in a game park. Were there animals? Probably thousands, but who was counting! If you want something a little different this is the tour for you.

We could not have been happier with our African tour . The standard of service was exceptional , starting with Umme who answered all of our questions throughout the booking process and continuing right through to the tour itself. Our tour leader, Wian, was the best . The standard of accomodation and meals were first class. We were lucky enough to see 4 of the Big Five, not bad considering we were looking for wild animals in their own habitat ! When we travel, we do not normally do tours, but this will not be the last Bunniks tour. Everything was spot on. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Brilliant. Bunnik rep and guide did a superb job. The local people were friendly and welcoming. We may have gone for the animals but we fell for the people.

Our Bunnik tour was exceptional, everything was meticulously planned and we definitely saw the value in our 23 day tour. Accommodation and food was first class as were all the tour guides.

This tour showed me what an incredible country Africa is. I got to see such a vast variety of scenery from desert to Jungles and roaring waterfalls. I also experienced the opportunity to see the big five up close and often. The accommodation was first class as was the tour guides and safari's. My bucket list trip totally lived up to my dreams.

Noisy truck/van transport - windows rattled for the whole time No curtains to block sun on the west side of the bus for many hours Bulkhead blocks view ahead Tyres not up to scratch No recovery gear /we got stuck in sand - no shovel etc Driver/ guide Regie very accomodating & friendly All the park experiences were great with good guides One or two accomodations were not to par with poor air con/maintenance needed

Thank you for sharing your feedback about your time travelling on our Namibia, Botswana & Victoria Falls tour. We're so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the park experiences and found the guides to be excellent, and that your driver/guide Reggie was friendly and accommodating.

However, I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the transport and some of the accommodation. We understand how the rough ride, rattling windows, and lack of sun curtains would have impacted your comfort during the journey. Unfortunately, the current state of the roads in certain parts of Namibia, particularly during this busy touring season, has been deteriorating rapidly due to excessive traffic. The corrugations are mainly caused by heavy vehicles, and despite our best efforts, the Roads Authority hasn’t been able to maintain them at the level required.

We also take your comments regarding the tyres, recovery gear, and accommodation to heart. We’re committed to maintaining the highest safety standards and comfort levels, so we will review these points with our local partners to prevent similar issues in the future.

Once again, thank you for your constructive feedback and for travelling with us. Despite the challenges, we hope that you and Geraldine returned home with wonderful memories from your time in Namibia, Botswana & Victoria Falls.

1. Wildlife sightings were fantastic! 2. Accommodation & food ranged from good through to excellent (Mokutu & Vic Falls Hotel). 3. I felt the trip was not promoted as it should have been. My husband chose not to go because the fitness level stated being able to walk/stand for 2/3 hrs at a time. We took that too literally because that was not the case in the least. The only things he would not have done were the uneven walk to the rock art, and perhaps the walk to Dead Vlei, although he may have just walked to the top of the dune as a couple of others did, without walking down onto the pan. Most of our time was spent sitting (several of us had puffy ankles!) having meals, sitting on the bus, on game drives, or boat trips. 4. Whilst the bus trips were, as expected, very long, in hindsight I feel there should be a policy of stopping every 2 hrs because of the (small) risk of DVTs. The driver did ask if anyone needed a stop but I think (even if only for Bunnik's protection) it should be mandatory to stop for a short break every 2 hrs. 5. Some of us agreed a day of leisure somewhere would have been great. Mokutu Lodge was a destination in itself and I think many would have been happy to pay the extra for another night, just enjoy the surroundings, go to the spa, go for a swim, or book an additional safari if wanted. I’m truly sorry to hear that the fitness requirements were a concern and led to your husband missing out. We do ask all passengers to sign a fitness-to-travel document to ensure that everyone can manage the activities and keep the group running smoothly. It’s unfortunate that the level of physical activity was overstated for this itinerary, and we will certainly review and refine how we communicate those details in the future.

We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the bus trips and the need for regular stops. We’ll take your comments on board to consider implementing more structured breaks, as passenger comfort and safety are paramount.

Your thoughts on adding a day of leisure at Mokutu Lodge are also helpful, and I’ll share this with our team for future itineraries. We’re always striving to find the right balance of activities and relaxation for our travellers, and feedback like yours is invaluable for us in improving our tours.

Most likely the best tour we have ever undertaken! It was well organised with a most knowledgeable tour leader (Joel) . The accommodation was superb and well located allowing for easy access to view the local attractions. We got to see the big 5 which was the highlight of the tour.
