Great items at a great price. I think delivery is a little steep though given the size and weight, but customer service is excellent. Would use again and recommend.

Poor care with delivery
The delivery time was good although there was limited information on your website about it. Although the delivery itself was awful, my steel was bent, scratched and damaged and the packing was torn form being dragged, the steel was also dumped on an angle and no message was given about anytime of when delivery would be or that it even happened entirely. There was even a fragile sticker that had been ripped off and thrown into a ball when it was torn off from dragging it

Bent and Scratched
was initially pleased as they had exactly what we needed,
BUT - we bought an 80x40 inch plate to put on the wall of our son's room, he lives and works abroad and collects magnets from all the countries he visits.
We wanted this in place for his birthday.
The metal took 7 days to arrive, when it did it was bent on 2 corners, as it was poorly wrapped with no corner coverings, or protection. It was also heavily scaratched.
it was not 80 x 40 but 79 x 391/4,
my husband had already put batons on the wall and it didnt fit to so they had to be modified.
so overall whilst the item was ok and not a bad price,
although delivery was £15,the finer details were poor

Shredder panel repair successful.
The sheet metal was cut to my requirements and fitted perfectly. The price seemed a bit high for such a small piece of metal.

Great Team
They were very proactive in making sure my order was correct, were speedy in their response to resolve an issue (at my end, not theirs!). The items arrived really quickly, were well packaged and I was able to track the delivery with the courier service they use. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.
