Maybe just a dud order? Stitching issues
I tried this website as I saw so many good reviews, but unfortunately my order seems to have been a bit of a dud.
I bought 5 of the "Ultra Cotton" Gildan t-shirts for a little embroidery workshop, they arrived fine and in good time, but the quality on them was a little suspect, some of the stitching had odd threads coming off it, which I was expecting better given they weren't that cheap.
After washing all 5 shirts, 3 of them are ok but 2 of them had come undone along the hemline and were trailing thread. Attempting to salvage the stitches was no good, so the bottom hemline on 2 of the shirts is now frayed and curling up.
Quite disappointed really, have reached out to their customer support, see what they say.
Edit: I just inspected the other shirts a bit more thoroughly and found more stitching issues, the neckline of one has loose parts that will unravel before long, and the hemline of another already has a loose thread that if pulled, will make it the same as the other 2. Steer clear of Gildan Ultra Cotton!
Edit 2: had my order refunded for the shirts, they did offer to replace them but I don't think I want to risk those again. Changing review score as customer service were excellent.

Tee for Tuesday
I love this company. Their CS is superlative; I placed my most recent order lateish on Monday gone and it was here by Tuesday, and left securely in my nominated safe place. The choice of goods is extensive and the prices, very competitive. I do some dyeing projects & BTO is always my go-to wholesaler. Wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. 10/10

Brilliant website from these guys with a wide selection of clothing.
The quality of the T shirts I have bought from them have Brilliant.
Ive ordered alot of the oversized T shirts as I prefer them baggy, they fit incredible and the material feels very great quality.
No shrinking either after they've been washed a few times.
Great customer service too, always quick to respond with any questions that need answered.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, i would definitely use this company again.
I ordered 100 T-shirts and needed them in less than a week. Obviously it was my fault for not putting in my
request earlier, so was told they would do their best but it would likely take over 2 weeks to complete the printing. Well they arrived in under a week, all printed perfectly. Absolutely brilliant service. Would definitely recommend, and for me I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Not clear VAT OR NOT TO BE VAT
Looks like they sell some great items so put over £100 of goods into basket.Had to contact there chat online regarding VAT pricing.found them to be not clear in there response.so tried again to go through their basket process but still not correct.apparently after phoning them if you add goods to basket including VAT it doesn't add up to the £100 to get free delivery ?
So I phoned them again to be told "we mainly deal with bulk company orders quite dismissive really,so basically Mr ordinary street person they don't seem to be bothered with,shame really as the Gildan items looked quality.kept getting emails saying last chance yo purchase ! So emailed customer service to explain up to now haven't received a reply.
Thanks for the reply below,but again I must inform you that -VAT& +VAT is not clear until its explained & as your chat advisor stated to me they deal more in bulk buys.

Amazing quality, speedy delivery
Amazing, amazing, amazing! I was looking to find a brand of t-shirt I hadn't heard of before, Gildan and specifically their heavy cotton t-shirts. This was because I had been given one by a charity for a fundraising walk. It is the most comfy t-shirt I have ever worn, it is great quality and no side seams, which I find itchy and uncomfortable. To my astonishment BuyTshirtsOnline sold them and for an amazingly good price. So I bought 10 plus a Gildan heavy cotton hoody. Oh my word! They are the best quality, fit perfectly and the hoody is like a big cuddle. The dispatch and delivery was really speedy too! I am so, so pleased! Shrinking Tees
Bought some polo shirts for contractors at work which were Fruit of the Loom branded so thought they would be a good option. After the first couple of weeks of wear, it was apparent that they were shrinking. Out of the approx. 36 polo shirts purchased over 50% shrank and are unwearable. Despite several messages to customer service I was told that they couldn't be returned as we had embroidered them and when asked to look into it further they just kept emailing asking for more and more measurements and photos, in all different angles and despite sending several photos and measurements they just told us that they weren't willing to do anything as they could tell they had been tumble dried. After speaking to the contractors who denied using the tumble drier I was asked for further measurement and photos. Customer service was terrible. Wouldn't let me deal with fruit of the loom direct, wouldn't offer any compensation for our loss. Polo shirts costs about £150 plus embroidery so about £300 wasted and lots of time and energy trying to get a resolution from the company. The polo shirts are now just sat making a mess of my office. Would not recommend at all. Pay a bit more and go for a company who will deal with faults appropriately and hopefully provide polo shirts that don't shrink in the wash. We have since purchased further polo shirts which haven't shrunk in the wash despite being used by the same contractors.

As discussed via email, we never once refused to assist in this matter. After multiple back-and-forth emails, we simply requested a specific photograph of the garments in question, with a tape measure showing their measurements, with the label stating the visible size. We did not stop you from contacting Fruit of the Loom directly, but as we purchased the garments from them, we contacted them on your behalf. As mentioned in the email, to reach a conclusion, we were going to run a wash test with the brand. The photos we requested, which you still haven't provided to this day, were required by the brand themselves in order to run the wash test. Without the photographs, the wash test could not be performed, resulting in no resolution at this time.
Despite these goods being purchased in December 2021, we are still happy to assist you in this.
You stated that 50% of the garments had a shrinking issue. If this were down to a major batch issue, all the polo shirts you ordered would have had a similar fault. This would lead us to think the washing instructions were not followed correctly. As this was only our interpretation using the details provided to us, we were going to identify the problem and conclude the investigation by way of the wash test.
All garments we sell are vigorously tested by the brand. One of these tests is a wash durability test, these garments would not be made available for sale if they failed this test.
As our colleague mentioned in the emails, for a manual job like joinery, where the garment will be washed regularly, we would always recommend a 65/35 cotton/polyester blend as these are more appropriate garments. The garment you purchased is 100% cotton and more suited for leisure wear.
We feel we have dealt with the issue appropriately and are still waiting on your reply to the email we sent in May. As we had received no further reply from you, we assumed this issue was resolved.
It is disappointing to receive this review after receiving no further correspondence from yourself to help us resolve the issue. We are still open to resolving this issue, but unfortunately, we are nearly a year from purchase, and the vast majority of options open to us would no longer be open due to the time that has passed.

Reasonable place to buy tees
Seems like a reasonable place to buy Tshirts from. I was after a bunch of plain Gildan Ultra cotton tees which they have at reasonable prices. It would be nice if they had better stock of the various colours as loads were out of stock but was still able to get what I was after.
I ordered fairly late in the day and still got notification that it was picked and shipped the same day, and was delivered the following day.
I was initially put off by over a fiver for delivery costs but it turned out they used DPD next day which was forgiveable. My only tip in that regard then would be perhaps it might be useful to have a cheaper shipping option that's not as fast. But still at least they didn't charge 5.99 and then use some joke of a delivery service, since if you're paying that much for shipping at least it was with a decent service.
