Terrible customer service
Can I say the salesman and the live help desk are shocking, you try and order urgent, they tell you to order on line, the product then is shown out of stock, but the salesman tells you it is in stock, and the live agent says it’s in stock, you tell them it’s urgent, they have you running around the web site and the live chat, to tell you in the end OH they must have been sold, omg they need to find new staff. Shocking how they treat the customer

We helped you as best as we could to locate the jacket you required from a picture that you sent to us without knowing the product code. It was explained to you that orders need to be placed online through the website, we emailed you the current stock figures in this item, and by the time you had tried to order the stock, figures had changed. The item was in stock but just not the quantities that you required as our stock figures are a live feed and can change at any time.
We apologise that we didn't have the sufficient stock that you required.

not transparent pricing
they were selling softstyle tshirts for 1.80 and suddenly a massive price increase after some wierd coding on thier website to 2.51- i made a small video of the websiter as the change happens on checkout wehen you click buyy, its false advertising on the menu to say "from 1.80" then you clicka nd the prices have changed

Hi David, all our prices on the brand pages state the cheapest price you can buy that garment for i.e a white t-shirt 200+ would show up as the price advertised on the brand page. Once you go into the page you can view all colours and sizes and their corresponding prices, this is open and transparent that clearly states the prices of each garment. Returning customer for good reason …
I have returned to Buytshirtsonline five years running now. The whole process has always been flawless. Translation of my artwork into a t-shirt print courtesy of Dan has been very straightforward with quick turnaround of design previews. The order process through Sally has been efficient and simple with delivery always ahead of schedule. The products are excellent and the whole experience has been professional and personable. Highly recommend 5 Star
I have used this company for the last two years doing our golf Ryder cup weekends. They have been brilliant both times. Great quality and prices and Sally who I have dealt with both years has been easy to deal with and efficient.

Fantastic product! Sally was very helpful throughout and was able to keep me updated on my order! The embroidery team were great and were able to recreate the exact design I wanted to a very high standard! The tee shirts arrived on the date predicted and at a very reasonable price! Fantastic customer service and great product
The whole team were so helpful when I rang at short notice needing 45 polo shirts in different sizes, they listened to what I needed and helped me find the right shirt. They also made sure it would arrive in time- excellent customer service. Everyone loved the polo shirts, great quality, great fit and feel and it made everyone feel much more like a team.
