BMW Windows and Doors fitted a replacement front door for me today. I’m very happy with the product, fitting and customer service I have received from BMW. They deserve everyone of their excellent reviews on Trustpilot and I would not hesitate to use them again for future home improvements. Thank you to all the BMW Team.

BWM were professional throughout. Rhiannon was very helpful, showing me around the showroom and answering questions while following Covid guidelines for our safety. I also spoke to her on the phone on other occasions and she continued to be very professional and helpful. The surveyors and fitters did an excellent job. It was not the most straightforward of jobs, due to an existing awkwardly-situated meter cupboard, water pipes etc. and yet the fitters got around all the obstacles, leaving everything looking neat and tidy. The door feels much more solid and secure than the previous door and looks very smart. I would not hesitate to recommend BWM.

Where do I start. An absolutely fabulous company.
A seamless journey from start to finish. Kevin who visited first . No pressure at all. Very knowledgeable and professional. Gave us a very reasonable quote. We had windows throughout, French doors and a roof put on the conservatory.
Only negative thing was COVID delayed the start date. I was having a new kitchen the week after but the windows had to be rearranged untill after the kitchen was done. I needn’t of worried.
They workmen were extremely professional.
High standard of work. No mess at all. No damage to paintwork or tiles. Professional finish.
As for the roof. Very pleased with it. The workmen worked very hard on it all week in very wet weather.
I’m extremely pleased with the work I can highly recommend this company.
Finally a big thank you to Louise in the office who communicated with me throughout the experience. Nothing was to much trouble. She even contacted me on her days off.

BWM recently supplied and fitted an aluminium framed Raynaers sliding door at our home. Really pleased with the experience from quote, survey through to installation. BWM use their own fitters instead of subbing the work out which makes a real difference in terms of the quality and care taken. We had a minor issue with one of the handles supplied which BWM fixed very quickly for us. The service and end result were a key factor in choosing BWM to replace the windows at our home as our next project.

Great team effort, from viewing the doors from a selection in the showroom, to the measuring by the surveyor and then the actual installation. Everyone very courteous, very professional. Good communication throughout to let us know what was happening with our order. And finally really pleased with the doors when fitted. Thank you everyone.

We found BWM to be very professional and helpful from initial contact to survey to the fitting of our bi-fold doors. The product is excellent and I would recommend them to our friends and family.

I am extremely disappointed with BWM. I have a 5 bedroom house and had all my windows and doors from BWM 24 years ago when we built our house. I have had them all renewed by them except 3 , I am having my bathroom replaced and just wanted to replace the bathroom window. BWM will not consider doing the job as it’s not over £500 if this is how they treat their loyal customers who has recommend them to many friends and family and spent thousands of pounds with them in the past they are not the company I thought they were. One very disappointed customer , if I didn’t live a couple of miles from the factory I could understand the £500 limit .

Good service, the fitter spotted a small scratch inside the glazing and organised a replacement glass unit which was fitted a couple of weeks later. I was impressed by that.

The fitters arrived on time and were very professional and got on with the job in hand, they continued through heavy rainfall to complete the installation of my front door. Excellent work. One fitter explained how to lock the door etc, while his colleague cleared away the mess.

Found BWM online and from first contact they were great - took time to listen and understand problem, came out quickly (an in Covid times with proper precautions) and made and fitted product - uPVC sash quickly and with minimum fuss, organising scaffolders etc. Product is excellent and price was good. I have lots more rotting windows and will definitely come back to BWM.

Second installation by BWM 2 doors and bay window, bungalow complete doors, windows and conservatory roof, I would recommend BWM to anyone looking for replacement/ new installation, can’t fault overall service from team (sales to fitters), snagging problem service as good as installation, highly recommend
