Absolutely Awful!
I bought some sunglassses last year off her website and had no issues at all.
And loved the sunglasses.
I purchased 2 more different pairs in January 2025 and endlessly emailed to ask where they are on many platforms…
And no response!
No delivery!
Just my money that went into thin air and nothing to show for it!

Do not purchase from this brand. No email, no delivery and no response. Quick to take my money but been 2 weeks and nothing. Should have been delivered after 3 days. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered an item on 18th dec, received half the order with a note, “other item will be sent when restocked”, no email confirmation just a handwritten note. Email sent to query, no response, a further 4 emails sent, no response, messages sent via all social media platforms, no response, yet actively advertising said item in stock for the past week! Just give me a refund or send the item I’ve paid for……abysmal customer service (have purchased many items previously with no issue……..true colours show when there’s a problem!) word of advice, don’t flaunt your spending on luxury holidays, invest that money in customer service training! Avoid buying from here at all costs

ordered a piece of clothing of the tik tok shop 'oh that vibe' got told they got sent out no tracking nothing, 3 weeks past put in for a refund they declined it said loads of parcels got sent back to them by royal mail so they shipped it back out , then another week later still received nothing put in for another refund got declined by them, had to go through tiktok and mess around for a refund, definitely would of thought someone with all the money wouldn't be ripping people off for £20

Wouldn't even bother wasting your money. Spent £16 on some sizzlers and wax burner I could have for brought for £5 that would have been better quality. They're absolutely crap. Smell like a granny has dropped about 100 drops of there perfume into some salt. As soon as you burn there's no smell. Waste of money.

Ordered something 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t even left. I can’t get a refund. I’ve tried emailing, messaging on instagram… everything. I’ve heard nothing back. Not sure what I’m supposed to do from here…

Disiptiontent bought a black friday box for my daughter for xmas was only one poxy thing in it iam not happy one bit scam be buggerd so not worth the m9ney il make my own makeup box next time my daughter is so upset one thing she was looking forward to your discusting chloe some people look up to u its wrong what u and ur company r doing

Ordered carpet freshener, foam and mop bucket fizzes. Products all arrived fine, a little disappointed at the quantity for the price but hey ho!
I won’t be purchasing again, only because I found that the products didn’t actually have a strong smell once applied. If something is labelled ‘lady million’ or ‘alien’ then you expect to hoover or mop and have that smell of the fragrance lingering in your home after the clean. It just didn’t do that. It smelled like very diluted perfume.

I ordered fluffy sliders and two tone trainers I ordered 2 pairs of trainers loved my items, collected in shop shop is lovley met liz chloe s mam she recognised me off years ago from gym classes, when she said it i recognised her she's lovley. Items really good prices overall very happy.

Don't ever buy the products she advertises. They are total scammers. Goods don't turn up and then the site doesn't exist after so many weeks. Should of learnt when I first bought off her.
Paid £60 for a 'real' used balenciaga shirt from her depop a few years ago. Turned up, looked at the label inside and googled it. It was a £5 shirt from a German company that she'd had the letters Belenciaga ironed on. Typical really lol she sent me half my £60 back and chucked in a pair of cheap sunnies that fell of my head as they were cheap and too big. Anything to make a buck ay!

Don't bother buying anything from her, she literally couldn't care less.

Ordered a gift for a birthday present, the box the item was in was all squashed, ripped and open. I've emailed numerous of times with no response from them. AVOID

Save your money and go to home bargains it looks like that’s where the items come from anyway.

I ordered the herbalife gold pan. Cost me 150€ and it just never arrived. I emailed countless people including the Instagram page where I was told that this would be resolved. It’s been 5 months. They’ve ghosted me. Kind of fuming.

Appalling treatment of customers, if you want to lose your money then continue to order from them!! I received my item that I thought personally was below standard so I sent it back brand-new in its packaging in good faith, they received the item within days as I sent it recorded with tracking but I never received my money back, they were quick enough to answer my emails when I ordered from them but they have ignored me since especially Liz Ethrighton who was dealing with my return’s request. I’ve returned the item to them in perfect condition with my order details and address etc, they now have their item back to resell to another victim and my money too, so it’s win win for them, don’t fall into the same trap. CHLOE FERRY you should be ashamed of yourself just because you have a lot of money doesn’t mean other people do, I am a new mummy and cannot afford to just give my money away.
After about 20 emails I’m still waiting for a reply for my money back.

My order has not been sent, i am being ignored after numerous emails not being responded to.

Ordered a few items on the 12th October, it got to two weeks and it still hadn’t been dispatched so I checked the item and it said sold out, 14-21 days pre-order. I left it for the 21 days then sent an instagram message, no reply. Left it even longer and sent an email, no reply. So sent another one asking for a refund. It has now been 34 days, there has been no correspondence or anything and the money came out the day I ordered. Appalling customer service. I’m now having to dispute this with the bank to get my money back.

I placed an order online 25th October. Money was taken when purchased. No items received. Yet to receive a response via email and they have not updated me on my order which they said they would via Facebook. They have not responded to my last 3 messages. Not sure how someone can get away with this. Nor can I understand how a company can think this is acceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Order items on 7th september and told a 30 day lead time after 5 emails and three instagram messages and nearly 8 weeks later i have still not received my goods! Now having to go to my bank and raise a dispute as they have taken the money from my account! Shocking behaviour from a person who is a public figure!

Received my order today and I am very happy with it delivery was also great was here 2 days later. I will definitely order again 😊

Absolutely shocking. Placed an order for 1-2 day delivery. Over a week later still nothing. After 4 emails and submitting a support request still no reply from her "customer service" so now I have to go through the bank to raise a dispute because they've taken my money but not sent the product or met the delivery requirement. If I were you all I would highly AVOID purchasing from here!
