Byretech Ltd Avis

I was lucky to come across this company online over 7 years ago when struggling to find a replacement shower screen seal that would match my requirements. It was such a help to get an efficient and friendly response on the telephone from a person who seemed genuinely interested and guided me with the order. It was a relief to find the same helpful response when I contacted the company for advice re a subsequent order this week and received assistance beyond expectations,
Byretech's Universal Bath Screen Seal proved an ideal solution and it comes with clear, easy to fit instructions - also, it looks good.
This is a very decent company that gives an excellent service.
Thank you to the legendary Steve and Byretech

When you phone this Company a friendly staff member answers the phone promptly! No silly messages just a switched on person ready to help you and not waste your time. This is HUGE!
Opening an account is flawless. They have shower rails, shower curtains, shower hooks - any size and all very high quality - available for speedy shipment.
We have owned and run an award winning Caravan Park for more than 30 years and it is rare to meet with a Company as user friendly as this.
It is a real pleasure to do business with them and their prices are fair and very reasonable.

Excellent service. Excellent attitude. Commendable.
Please keep it up.
Thank you and merry Christmas.

Great service, seem genuinely pleased to help, very professional advice, I am very happy to recommend to anyone.
I've struggled for a long time to fix a shower problem, and within 24 hours, with Byretech, I'm sorted.

I was so impressed with how quick my order arrived. I ordered a Shower Hose Connector and a Shower Hose.

I fitted the shower hose extender to my existing shower hose and to the new hose, in minutes....it was easy peasy thank you!
The shower hose extender is ingenious, I am so pleased I came across your website online.
I won't hesitate to order from you again when needed and highly recommend yourselves to others. Thank you.

We have just moved house and are expecting our first child this week - the bathroom in the new house had no shower. I ordered a shower head, hose, rail and curtains. The items were dispatched quickly and arrived at my home within 48 hours. All items were easy to install and are of good quality. Byretech's speedy service have taken a little of the stress out of the week!

Ordered the corner tiles and equipment to install, 27 hours later it was delivered, tiles and tools were top quality, better service than Amazon Prime. 👍

Great company to do business with , really helpful , and the video helps enormously . Many Many Thanks, Our shower base looks great .

Probably the best company I have ever dealt with, their products are top quality and their after sales customer care is outstanding. Byretech interceded on my behalf when it looked like a company wasn't going to honour a guarantee on a product I'd bought through them a few years ago. They had no obligation to do this but did it just because they are a thoroughly decent company and believe in great customer service. There was nothing in it for them and actually missed out on a sale because they got me a totally free replacement. They've got brilliant reviews on Trustpilot and I am pleased to be able to add to the recommendations. Thank you Byretch for going above and beyond.

I bought a shower rail from Byretech based on their online specification and it proved to be really superb, made of top quality materials and very well designed, even down to the excellent quality of the fixing screws which have a deep cross head socket for added grip and torque. I had previously bought a cheap branded product and the brackets were made of plastic so I threw it away and bought this great piece instead. It may cost more but any buyer will not be disappointed.

We installed a shower pod on what we knew to be a low pressure gravity fed system, but as its only a guest shower we decided to risk it as it wouldnt be in use everyday. Sure enough the pressure was ok, but far from what we all expect nowadays. I found Byretech through a google search and asked some questions through the online chat. I got really sound advice, and anyway the products are really good value so wasn't much of a risk. I was advised to get a shorter hose of a larger diameter (common sense really.. shame I didnt think of that.. nor did the shower pod supplier.. ) and bought the paddle single mode head. The products arrived quickly, were incredibly easy to fit, and we now have what I would consider a good shower. I would highly reccommend this company and their products.

An exceptional company. My 1st purchase of an adjustable shower head was extremely difficult to turn and, as a result, I was sent a replacement with a different head adjuster, this works perfectly. Not only was I sent this 2nd shower head at no charge but also there was a bar of chocolate enclosed on which was written: "Just to say sorry. Best Wishes Steve Simon and the Guys from Byretech. Not only was this company tops for service (almost immediate responses to my emails) but also the 2 shower heads, in my possession, are very well made and perform exactly as shown in Byretech's web page video. Thank you Byretech and best regards Ron Osborn. 23/10/17

A big thanks to Steve for sorting out a replacement of a faulty product. Within half an hour of making a phone call the replacement was agreed on on its way in the post. What more can you want. Thanks for such brilliant customer service.

Great service from day one. Always happy to help with queries. All products supplied are very good quality. Would thoroughly recommend

After viewing the website I rang the office for advice on the most suitable product to improve the performance of our gravity-fed shower. The phone was answered by one of the directors who was very helpful and recommended a paddle-shaped shower head and a wider diameter hose. The items arrived on Saturday and have significantly improved the performance of our shower, look good and seem to be of excellent quality.
Great products, good value and excellent service!

Excellent service and communication thank you Steve
