Only one star because I couldn't give them zero. Don't buy anything from these crooks! They sent me old, discontinued versions of what I ordered. Not useful at all. They will not allow me to return them at all for any amount of refund. The man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude.
Excellent company and product arrived on time. Phoned and got a real person. Super efficient and a delight to do business with.
I placed my order online and it was filled and shipped to me within two days. I received exactly what I ordered and couldn't be more satisfied.

Ordered stuff 3-4 weeks later still hasn't arrived - when you order here you get no confirmation E-mail/receipt - no updates on the progress of the order - no way to check on your order on the webpage - all it gives is a phone number to a personalized voice mail minus any identifying company greeting - if my stuff does manage to get here it will be the last order ever placed here ......terrible communication and customer service .
Poor communication. My order was packed pretty quickly and tracking was provided but then it sat around for almost 2-weeks without moving. I finally requested a refund if the package hadn’t move, which I was given, but received no reply whatsoever to my complaint email.
Still waiting on shipment of items. Just get the runaround. They don't respond to emails or return calls. If they are not going to fulfill the order then they need to refund asap.
The first time I made a purchase on this page and it turns out that 4 days later they call me to tell me that they made a mistake in the shipping price and that now it was $68.00 more because they made a mistake and that is why the order has not been dispatched, how irresponsible like the mistake was mine.
I paid what the page said and now they come with lies to get more money, be careful with them, ok.

I online ordered 45 closetmaid brackets for a total of $500. They confirmed the order and charged my credit card account. A few days later they email me and said they only have 40 in stock. I advised them to send the 40 ASAP. A day later they emailed me again saying they made a mistake and that they only have five in stock, Instead of 40! I lost a week during this process and I have an anxious client waiting. They sound like a relatively new and inexperienced company. I will not be patronizing them again.
They cancelled my order, without any explanation. Total waste of time. This pathetic company deserves to lose business.
