A really helpful company. I had a problem with my Gaggia Gelatiera ice cream machine. I lost a very small nut which made this expensive machine inoperable. I was distressed to discover that Gaggia no longer make the machine so was all prepared to buy a new machine. As a last resort I contacted Raj who managed to locate the part in question and post it out at the cost of only £16 ( compared to £300 for a new machine!) Great work.

I bought a Magenta machine from the Caffe Shop and have received great service. It arrived on time and worked well. After a month or so I needed a little rubber foot for the base. I had no problems contacting the team and had the foot posted to me for no charge. Just recently I had a proble with the machine not filling the cup to full. I got a call straight away after a 'please help' email and Raj talked me through the problem and sent me a new seal within the week and also free of charge. Thanks guys.

I could not recommend this company more highly. i was quote happy to take the machine in (Gaggia Brera) and pay to have the descale mode re-set ...But the engineer recommended the procedure I was doing needed a little longer and of course I could not wait to phone back to say THANKYOU. I am just having an espresso macchiato right now!

Spoke to Dan who was so helpful and efficient in explaining and recommending the correct accessories for my older Gaggia coffee machine. He went out of his way to arrange same day despatch along with an e mail to describe the use of each item, which I received the following day.

I bought a Gaggia grinder from these guys, and I had difficulty working out how the timer mechanism worked – I rang the office, I was put through on a zoom call to a couple of engineers and also then to the MD – as it was a very new model they needed to check it out and get back to me. They looked into the matter for me and called me back within an hour to explain things and I now understand how to work my machine perfectly. Also gave me a bit of extra advice on using the grinder with my espresso machine. 100% customer focused and brilliantly responsive

My Gaggia classic playing up. I contacted them for service. They suggested what the problem might be, directed me to a helpful youtube video and it is now working perfectly. They could have asked me to send machine to them but didn't. Much appreciated

Purchased after extensive research. Really solid good looking machine. Was having problems getting used to it so phoned help desk and got a personal tuition - really impressed and unexpected. Very impressed

Made a repair request about one of its coffee machines that cost £1,000 to purchase. The MD, Earl Beadle, wouldn't even accept it for inspection. We as a company will never buy Gaggia or Saeco again.

I had an issue with the Gaggia bean to cup machine ip purchased from caffeshop uk some years ago, so I rang for assistance, knowing that the shop isn't fully open during lock down. Nick spent quite a while with me and helped diagnose and fix the issue. This was wonderful service and I couldn't recommend more highly.
