So far so great! The person answering my constant messages have been really patient and understanding...let's just wait for the rest of the delivery and hope to keep the great experience.

I had order the 6pcs mystery set and when I had gotten a duplicate, they took care of the problem and sent a replacement for the one I was missing. They handled the issue very efficiently and I really appreciate everything they've done.

I ordered 6 blind boxes from this company, it was delivered to the wrong address- even though everything I entered was correct. They sent a photo from the delivery company that showed a bag delivered to my house however it was not my product, as it would have come in a box, the bag was not my name or anyone in my home, and it came from Temu

They won’t send either a replacement or give me my money back. So now I’m out $109 dollars with no product to show for it. DO NOT buy from them.

I had nothing but the best shopping and customer service experience with Calembou! Their plush blind boxes are stunning and they have amazing quality. One of the items had a defect and customer service was amazing. After submitting pictures and video of the item they quickly responded and had a replacement shipped out to me the same week. Very happy with my purchase and I do recommend to anyone who collects these kind of plushies!

The quality of the stuffed animals is incredible, I love the Cino The Endless Forest blind boxes, the customer service is very good, they are very attentive when responding, the only negative thing I could say is simply the protection of the orders, it would be nice to have a little more protection not for nothing, but because there are people who like to keep the boxes intact because they are very well made!!^^

Fast and cute

Now usually I expect packages from overseas to take a long time but this was pretty quick!! I ordered September 30th and it came September 8th so it was really fast! I actually have four of the Keychain including Luocha the others are Castorice, Anaxa and Jing Yuan and they all have incredible detail and lots of love and care! The only thing I'd improve a little is having the design under the Cape on the doll itself extends to the back as well instead of solid colour but apart from that I love them very much! I ordered a Castorice dress up doll too so I imagine the detail will be even higher quality! Its definitely worth the buy for dedicated Hoyoverse fans!

The plush keychain I bought was absolutely adorable, everything came as advertised and it’s really well made. I only have a gripe with the keychain it came with, as it’s not as sturdy as I would’ve liked but I luckily had a key ring to replace it. I have more stuff coming in from this company and would highly recommend! They have more stuff than just keychains to check out and all the designs are wonderful!
