They are crooks and a fraud. I ordered a blouse July 20th and have not received it. I even paid for “Express Delivery” which was a joke. I have emailed them repeatedly and even used the email they put on their website which is no good. They sent me a notice that my package was in transit and allegedly delivered one month later. I asked them for proof of delivery, without success because I have not received any package or a response. They don’t have a customer service number. They provided a email for a person and they have not responded and stated that they respond within 24 hours. They are a fraudulent crooked company. All I want is my $$ back. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT do service with this corrupt company. I would provide my order number or email if I thought it would help. No email responses yet!!!!! Bonner

I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GOVE ZERO STARS. I GOT AN EMAIL FROM THEM ON JULY 13TH. TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 10th, 2026, THAT MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED & ON THE WAY. THEY CHARGED MY CARD AND HAVE MY MONEY.!! I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER. I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND IT HAS BASICALLY BEEN STOLEN FROM ME IN THAT THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE PRODUCTS I PAID FOR. I WILL KEEP LOOKING FOR A WAY TO CONTACT SOMEONE TO RETURN MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The order was placed and paid this July 26, it is now September and no goods received , no news, no way to contact as address does not work. 😡😡😡

I placed an order with Calmer Shop, a website selling clothing and other products presented as coming from the United States. They charged my card and sent me an order confirmation, but I never received my purchase.

I tried contacting them repeatedly through the different email addresses and contact channels provided on their website. Nobody ever responded. No package, no explanation and no refund.

Another major red flag is that different names appear in their communications/email addresses, making it very difficult to understand exactly which company or entity you are dealing with.

They had my personal and payment information, successfully charged my card, but when there was a problem, all of their supposedly available customer-service channels led nowhere.

In my experience: money taken, product never received, no refund, and complete silence despite repeated attempts to contact them.
