Checkout tells me I on not on the UK mainland even though I am... and wants to charge me £10 extra for delivery. Royal Mail delivers to the Highlands for the same price as anywhere else in the country. Customers discriminated against for where they live.

As discussed through our telephone conversation, your post code is classed as the Scottish Highlands and due to postage charges made by our couriers we are unable to offer carriage free on your order. We do not have facilities to offer tracked services through Royal Mail. Sorry we were unable to help further.

I am sorry to learn that you have had problems checking out on our website. Occasionally when the Billing and delivery address have not been fully completed (even when they are the same address), this can stop an order being processed. We are looking into this problem.

Not as Planned but Very Well Handled
Ordered on their website and all went well. Arrived as expected a few days later where I discovered 2 of the 5 caravan dimmable spotlights were faulty.
I contacted CamperSelect by email and Heather responded saying they'll take them back and pay for the postage. A few days later 2 replacements were received, fitted and worked just fine. Maybe not surprising as they'd tested these ones out before sending them.
We all know that some products get past quality control but what makes a good retailer is sorting it out with minimum fuss.
CamperSelect is a good retailer.

Folding dog steps.
I bought folding dog steps , this site had one of the best prices and had free delivery.
My item came quickly and included a 1 hour time slot for when it was arriving. The dog steps were accurately described and a good quality, I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend this site.

I am sorry you are disappointed with our deliver service.
The order was placed with us on the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend and was dispatched with Royal Mail on the Tuesday when we returned to work.
Royal Mail have advised that due to the current circumstances deliveries in some areas are taking a little longer than the 2-5 days they aim for.
