Amazing day,
Even for inexperienced bike riders you have nothing to worry about , I’m 16 and they answer all your questions clearly and explain what to do and why to do it on the road to keep you as safe as possible definitely recommend

Fantastic experience doing my CBT through to my DAS course with camrider Warwick with Dale and Katy, both of them was very friendly, informative and a laugh, which helped with learning there.
I would recommend them to friends, family and anyone that is looking to getting into riding!

Took my CBT yesterday with instructor Martin, excellent experience & highly recommend.
He was serious & professional when he needed to be, but, more importantly made me feel relaxed and his training techniques were excellent! There was nothing I could fault with the whole experience.

Second time renewing my CBT at CamRider Ipswich and second time with John as my instructor. He really knows his stuff and communicates his knowledge in such a friendly and effective way. All in all, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CamRider to anyone.

The team at Peterborough took me through CBT and Mod 1 with ease. Great team and a wealth of advice. Mod 2 (passed today) taken at Kettering via the Corby Camrider. Went to Kettering as i found it preferable to Peterborough. I found the office team super helpful and online system easy to navigate. Friendly bunch who were very supportive who do want you to learn and stay safe. Many thanks, will get the donuts sorted.

Passed my CBT, Mod 1 and Mod 2 all first time under Camrider instruction.

I was ipswich based but worked with instructors Jon, Jim, Stevo and Jan.

All of the instructors work together like a unit and this feeds through in their training and tecniques in the most effective way. Nothing is too much trouble and everybody works their best to give you the best experience and support possible. Lessons are specifically tailored to your needs.

They make the whole experience inclusive, fun and stressfree. The super high first time pass rates speak for themselves!

I cannot recommend them enough. If you want to enjoy your experience, and you want tailored support choose camrider.

All in all a fantastic experience provided from the whole team at camrider Ipswich and their determination to not only get you to pass your test but to also ensure that you will be a safe and competent rider in the future really shone through.

John and Warren we absolutely fantastic on the CBT. Having done a few in the past with other schools I found their approach to be the best so far. They took the extra time to ensure that you could not only ride the bike but that you would be safe on the road and used there years of experience to help explain various scenarios that you may encounter on the road. The slow riding control aspect of the CBT I thought was brilliant because they were able to really instruct you on how to control the bike and maintain balance. 5 stars for these guys and a thoroughly enjoyable day.

Following my CBT I stuck with cam rider to go through my mod one and mod 2 tests for my A liscence.
For this I had 2 lesson then my 2 test days as cam rider took into consideration my previous experience on bikes and tailored my course accordingly.
My first lesson was with Steve on the MT07 which was a great lesson filled with lots of practise and information for the MOD 1 test. Steve was great at making sure that he continued to give me lots of instruction whilst we were out with another less experienced rider who required a lot more instruction.

My next lesson was with Jim and this consisted of a long road ride with a bit more Mod 1 training at the end to prepare me for my test the following week. This was a great lesson being able to get the bikes up to speed and really getting a good feel for being on the road with the bikes. On this occasion I was on the CB 650r which was great fun out on the road and although it was a very different ride from the MT07 I enjoyed it and it gave me a great feel for the difference between 2 cylinder and 4 cylinder bikes.
Jim's instruction was brilliant and he had a great way of making you think about what you were doing and the reasons behind various decisions which ultimately help with being a better rider and passing the tests.

MOD 1 and MOD 2 tests were both taken with Steve. The Mod 1 test was not too bad we went out for a ride before the test to let the nerves settle the we were into the test center for the test. Happy to say both me and the young girl who was doing her test with me passed with no minors on the Mod 1.
Mod 2 day came around and was incredibly nervous but again Steve did a great job of settling the nerves and took me for a mock test ride which he gave great feedback on and which helped me during my test as some of the scenarios from the mock test occurred out on the road. The great weather was followed by a great result and I managed to pass with no minors.
A huge thank you to Steve who also went the extra mile to take me to collect my bike that was waiting for me after I passed my test.

Training was very thorough. I was guided through all the drills until the instructor and myself were both comfortable to go out on the roads and had a nice laugh in the process. Very happy and will be back in two years time

Very thorough training, was guided through my weak points until I got it right. Had a fun day and passed my CBT first time, now looking to do my hazard and theory then back to camrider for my full licence training! Thank you to Rich and the team at Bedford for being patient with me.

If you book with them you pay a load of money, then, if you have to cancel, they wont refund you!!!!!

I lost £95!!! For nothing!! I'm a young autistic woman, I have no job because I live in the countryside where there's nothing around. I saved for months to pay for a lesson to get on my motorcycle so I could start applying for jobs.
I booked in December. My lesson was in March. I got a new phone and mustn't have transferred the date onto my new calendar because I got a call---too late to do anything about it---saying "you missed your lesson today". Like, thanks??? Why didn't you call me yesterday to say "Still good for your lesson tomorrow."? They then told me I won't get a penny of my money back.
They could have reminded me, couldn't they? Just set a computer to automatically send a text out or something. But of course not. Lucky them, getting £95 for doing absolutely no work!
Before you say "yes, but it's your fault for missing your lesson" just remember there are so many reasons YOU might have to cancel your own appointment. If you're sick, if the weather is bad, if you change your mind, if your kid has a thing, or just because you're only human and s**t happens.
I saved for months for that money. Absolutely appalling.

They don't pass you and ask for another £95!
Having purchased day CBT course,I was surprised that not ALL elements of the course were done during the day. The instructor felt myself and others on the course were not ready for the road, and had to go away and practice more? I don't have my own bike. The whole point was that their instruction (if good) would prepare us for the road. Came away a little down beat. Having been told I would need to book another course at £95. Wonder how many times this happens?!

These guys are excellent! Proper bikers with a wealth of knowledge and experience, meaning they truly pass it on , if you want to learn safely which is the only way, these guys are the ones to go with. Had a great day with Camrider and will definitely be coming back.

I bought a Vespa 125 that I’d always wanted but couldn’t ride. I had no experience except for a bicycle! Now I had to do my CBT in order to ride my beauty. I won’t lie….i was nervous! My 17 year old son egged me on. Having done his CBT with Camrider when he was 16 I took the plunge and booked the CBT. I was praying for a dry day. What I got started out with drizzle then constant rain. It turned out to be the first day of the New Year floods…… and I was going training outdoors on a bike! Now I was really nervous, BUT…….
I HAD THE BEST DAY! I was completely soaked, It wasn’t possible to get any wetter. But I was out riding and I was doing something I never thought I could do!
My instructor TOTTY was brilliant. He was patient and an excellent teacher. Turns out I’m a quick learner …. Who knew? ….. and I completed my training!
I was elated…. and my son was really proud as he was secretly thinking I wouldn’t complete it!
It was thanks to Camrider Warwick and Totty in particular giving me the confidence to do this. What a great bunch of people, really decent human beings. Nothing too much trouble , no question asked too stupid. I really felt comfortable being there.
They have a range of bikes to use depending on what you are after and helmets, gloves, jackets and waterproofs to use if you don’t have your own too.
I highly recommend them for your motorcycle training needs…….and I’ll be back when I need help to pass my test and get rid of my L plates!!

Don't do a motorcycle course with this company.
I am a 71-year-old pensioner who booked up on a 9-day course costing £3200 I am five foot two with an inside leg measurement of 27 inches.
The bike they supplied had a seat height which meant I couldn't touch the floor only with the tips of my toes and I came off three times because I couldn't hold the bike up, I only completed one day and decided to cancel because I had hurt myself. What happened when I did was he kept all my money saying it in our terms and conditions NO REFUNDS
Fancy robbing a pensioner of his savings.

recently completed my cbt and have to say anyone who hasnt been on a motorcycle before i would highly recommend camrider. All staff are extremely freindly and welcoming and are always happy to help with anything at all no questions were stupid to them and they made me feel safe on the road.

As soon as I arrived I was made to feel at ease and welcomed.
Staff were professional yet laid back and calm.
The training was intensive yet enough instruction and support was given to complete each task.
As required for our safety the CBT has changed since my last course 20 years ago for the better and our safety was paramount to these guys.
The mopeds provided were sound and equipment was provided for those without. I was even loaned alternative gloves as mine were uncomfortable.
The experience of the instructors was extensive and they really knew how to get each of us through the course.
In all I totally recommend Ipswich Camrider and will definitely be using them again.

My daughter and I took our CBT with Peter in Bedford. What an amazing experience. Neither of us have ever riden a bike before so we were very nervous. Turns out we had a fab day learning together, at the end of the day we rode our bikes with a smile on our face and throughly enjoyed the way we were taught. We passed our CBT and are thrilled. Thank you Peter, you were patient, encouraging and fair. Emmi and Eilish.

I had my CBT earlier today in Diss with Alan, and it was great. He was really patient and guided me through everything smoothly. He took his time and explained things thoroughly. Definitely recommend.
