Simply asked if they can help.
Rang to ask if they can fix electrical airbag faults. Told the owner that a different mechanic already scanned the car and told me exactly what the fault was but didn’t have a slot for me to have it fixed.
The owner kept telling me how they would have to charge me €50 for a 1 minute diagnostic… (what are these prices….) to find out what the fault is and see if they “can even fix it”… I told him that I already know what the problem is from the other mechanic and asked if they deal with electrical faults, because there are garages that don’t. He just told me “get that other garage to fix it then so”. Unbelievably rude, unprofessional and overpriced. Left my original review on google, next day he rings me and cries why I left a one star review, then also calls me stupid. The owner needs lessons on customer service.
