170% price increase on mesh coils
They increased the price 170% on an item I used to buy in bulk. I purchased 15 Geekvape Zeus X Mesh Micromesh in February for 2.95 each. Since then, they have added a $5 price increase. ($7.95/EA)

First timer ordering from this store and I recieved a faulty banana vape , I used it for 24 hours not even and the battery died , the watermelon I ordered and used first worked for 5 days atleast , terrible customer service when asking what can be done cause apparently you only get 24-48 hours to say something , do not recommend this shop , urge others to find a different more reliable company .

Worst customer service you will ever experience. Placed a lot of orders and finally had a defected vape on order 6 or 7. Emailed them and they said they will replace it on my next order. Perfect! Then I get a email a day later saying they will not. I decided to look them up and see everyone has the same problem. If you Google the owners name (found on bbb) and the word ontario you find some strange stuff. Won't be supporting this business anymore.

I ordered a vape kit and when I received it, the security seal was completely broken. I advised canvape and they said it was the fault of the postal service. There is no way a security tape could be completely detached without the lid being totally lifted. Then they changed there story that the kits arrive to them with broken security tapes. Their customer service is so terrible. They don’t see any problem lying to their customers and are so condescending and rude. Do not buy from these guys, they don’t deserve the business
Undelivered package, no tracking, no refund, no apology, rude response
My experience with canvape has been horrible. I am out $120 and have been waiting for three weeks for a package.
Canvape refuses to give me a refund until the Canada Post investigation has been finished, and there is no time frame given as to when that will be.
Here is the responses I have received from them about this matter, in their entirety -
"the investigation was just started jan 31 and it takes time for canada post to do an investigation. we will have to wait for canada post to finish the investigation but if they do deem the package lost we will resend the order if you still want the order."
I was informed by Canada Post that it takes under one week to finish an investigation. So one week later I emailed canvape again, demanding a refund or that I would be writing reviews and received this response -
"Hello
As you have been told that there is a on going investigation with Canada Post into your package .. Once that is completed then we can deal with a Reship or refund at that time not before hand .. Threatening To do review on the internet is against the law to get your own way .. When Canada Post is done you will be informed of the out come of there investigation.. Until then nothing can be done as it states in our policy's that you agreed to when you made the purchases.

Not once is there an apology for this stressful and ridiculous situation.
I really hope that canvape chooses to use a more reliable shipping service in the future, or maybe triple check the address and return to sender address so these issues don't happen to anyone else, and that they can communicate with their customers with more grace and humility (an apology would be nice! hellllo?). I also hope that canvape chooses to reimburse their customers when there are clearly issues with the mail, instead of holding on to people's money for products that the customers are not receiving.
I will never shop canvape again.
worst aftersale/customer service on earth.
They do not respect the warranty terms (1 year) and they dont even give you a clue on how to contact the manufacturer. I have WAY better aftersale service/support from illegal dope dealers on the internet. I had to purchase another vape 93 days after i bought the first one from them.
When they're good, they're great. When they're bad, they're horrid.
I buy from CanVape because the shipping is fast. Their products usually arrive to me next day, and straight to my home. They use a one-time age verification pick up, then everything afterward goes to your mailbox.
However, when they screw up, they really screw up. And like many others have said here, they have the worst customer service. It's nearly non-existant.
This company consistently sends me the wrong coils. It has happened to me now four times in one year. They replaced the first two sets (yes, more than one pack was wrong). However, I've had this issue again. This time it's more major than just the wrong ohms, the coils are for an entirely different tank and I cannot use them! Yes, I ordered the right ones, I double checked. They sent the wrong ones by mistake.
Currently on day three or four waiting on a reply from their e-mail address. Tried contacting them through their Facebook group too, but so far nothing. I've sent e-mails in the past that never received a response, for a battery they sent me that was dented. Ate that cost myself. If they don't answer for a pack of $20 coils being messed up, I'll have to move to another company.

I order a bottle of 18mg nicotine unflavoured juice a few days back and it was suppose to get delivered December 21 at the end of the day, but it came before I even woke up lol. This website is extremely trustworthy and I would totally recommend buying from and it is safe in Canada as far as I am concerned, I think it's an international service but I don't know. Rating - 100/100
Hand down the worst customer service…
Hand down the worst customer service out there. I mistakenly bought a vape without a battery because I'm newer at it and didn't notice there's no battery included. They tell me "99% of them don't come with batteries". I've bought 4 vapes in my life, 3 of which had batteries built in this recent does not. Pretty sure I can do math better than that. Is that really a customer service response?
Last time I will buy anything from these guys and I'll go support local.

My product showed up faulty. I have not hears back from their supposed support group. Even sent them a video of it failing. I wouldn't ever buy from this company. I got robbed for 50 bucks.

They have possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! My package was sent to me and was being held at the post office. I wasn’t able to get it on time so post office returned the package to the company. I have emailed them over and over for MONTHS requesting a refund for my items. After months on end of no response at all I finally got a response with them saying they’ve issues a refund.. they refunded $3.84!!! What?!?! My order was nearly $100, when I contacted them about the amount they said I have to pay for the shipping to be returned to them! Meanwhile even IF they deducted shipping back to them, my refund would have been a hell of a lot more than that! They are absolutely rude to boot. Worst experience buying online and got ripped off of my money! Do NOT buy from them!

Took them a few days to ship it out, they got my order right though but i contacted them about getting refunded the shipping upgrade that i paid for to have it sent express (the option was available to select.. LOL) and the guy was giving me soo much attitude.. "you dident go through and read the shipping policy..?" no dude and i doubt you do that either.. if the option on your platform allows you to select an option would you think anyone would think that its an available option? If its not available maybe you should remove it from the options on products that cant be shipped express? or at the very least try and be professional?

I love canvape
I love canvape. I've placed many orders and will continue to purchase more. I took off one star because I've had a couple disposables that were DOA. Considering how many I've bought that's not too bad! Still it would be nice to be compensated for those. I've sent a few emails and called several times but I never get an answer so I just gave up.
Terrible customer service
I've been a long time customer of this site and never in my life have I dealt with such a passive aggressive c*ntshow that is customer service. Absolutly appalling they feel they can treat their customers with such salty attitude. Highly suggest finding a different place.

Terrible. Spent 100 on vape, coils and juice. Vape leaks like crazy and nearly took a whole bottle of juice in 4 days
Spits and crackles. Tried cleaning, tried cleaning then switching coils. Nothing works. There suggestion? Pay to ship it back, have a technician look at it, then I pay to have it sent back to me" no return option and terrible customer servic. If I could give no stars I would!
