I ordered a dress from Caramella and it looked amazing so many compliments!
Will always be one of my favourite brands 🩷

Very poor. I paid £10.99 for special delivery next day by 1pm, this delivery time frame was not adhered to meaning I could not wear the outfit for an event I was attending the next day.

I was promised via email the delivery would be refunded and after multiple emails over the pay 2 weeks I still have had no reply.

I ordered a pair of cowboy boots from caramella, firstly the service was second to none, easy to order and quick delivery. The boots received are the nicest boots I’ve ever bought. The style was just gorgeous and they’re made of the softest suede, will definitely buy again thank you xx

I ordered 4 dresses from Caramella, and can I just say the quality is amazing. Delivery was super fast. Their returns procedure is easy and are processed super quick. As for their customer services, they are exceptional, they helped me with a delivery error, not caused by them. Run ladies don't walk. I would highly recommend this boutique. 💥💥💥💥💥

Customer service at Caramella is amazing! They respond quickly to emails and always sort issues quickly. I placed and order and returned as it didn’t fit but I accidentally forgot to send back the slip, most companies would just refuse my return but they contacted to me let me know so I could return the slip for the dress. Thank you! X

I had a mix up with my order and the girls sorted it out and helped me sort it and I received the clothes the day after and they were amazing quality and fit like a glove I will 100% be purchasing some more clothes soon
