Caraway Pans and Induction Stoves
I love Caraway pans, but because the bottoms are so much smaller than the actual diameter of the pan, my 10.5” fry pan has a bottom of 6.5” and would not activate the 12” induction burner. The 12” fry pan has a bottom of 7.75” so it is just wide enough to activate the burner. Finally! I can use that (front) burner!

Thank you for sharing your love for Caraway, MC!
We’re thrilled to hear that the 12-inch Fry Pan fits perfectly and gets your 12-inch induction burner back in action! We understand the 10.5" Fry Pan couldn’t activate it, as it needs the 6.5" burner size, but now you’re ready for some serious cooking adventures. Cheers to delicious meals and great times ahead in the kitchen!
Happy cooking!

Caraway is absolutely worth the money
Caraway is absolutely worth the money. You can buy cheap pans from Amazon but your muffins will stick and fall apart. (I know--it is what I used.) With my Caraway, they just slide on out. If you were on the fence about spending the money, just do it.
