I bought the large skillet from a local retailer because my stainless steel pan is warped and burns everything in the center. I love the Caraway line and their non-toxic materials.

I purchased a 9x13 pan from caraway.com…
I purchased a 9x13 pan from caraway.com thru TikTok, however, when I attempted to activate the warranty, it said no record of my email. So I asked for help, still was unable to do so. I ended up saying the purchase was from a retailer and it didn’t even ask what I purchased. Make this make sense. I ordered a 2nd item that has not been delivered. My question now is how will you be able to determine what I registered?

I am unable to get the lid off
I am unable to get the lid off. I have soaked it in hot water, inserted a plastic card to release the pressure, tried temperature shock and still no success. Very frustrating when I have paid $200 for a tea kettle.
