Just wanted to update a driver for Dell printer, but got directed to this lionsea outfit. Usual scam of a trial and charged about £3 or so, then they removed another £18 before I had chance to stop it. Didn't even get the driver I needed but their software busily started updating everything it could find on my PC! Jibberish unhelpful responses from their support team and couldn't get my money back. Beware, they put an annual charge on your card for the £18 so it goes on forever. What a scam!

I agreed to and paid for the trial period which was about 5 dollars.

A few days later I got a notice from PayPal that I had been charged nearly 30 dollars for a full subscription. The company stated that the email I received informed that I would be charged for the full subscription after the trial period. I have the only email from this company concerning this product and the trial period and it says nothing at all about billing my for the full year after the trial period. This is not a good deal. It struck me that other reviews were the very same as my experience. Be careful with this company. Very careful.

Ordered the 7 day Trial of their DriverTuner software for $4.97. Did not see anything about automatic renewal, but after 7 days my ccard was hit with a $29.97 charge. Immediately wrote and requested a refund, advising them I did not want the program. I wrote 3 separate times and each time they tried to make me accept their program and never addressed my request. Advised my ccard company and contested the charge.
This company has deceptive business practices and I will never purchase anything from them again.

I downloaded "Drivertuner" from their website, price= $4.97. They removed $32.84 from my account without my permission.

I came to tell you guys that this recovery software did a good job. my sandisk card has been recovered by it. There were over 200 pictures and about 10 pieces of video there. last week I wanna copy them to my computer and burn it onto a DVD. But when i open it, my computer wanted me to format it which means I have to loss all those pictures. thanks to cardrecoverypro. it did a scan and recovered that card

I found this Cardrecovery on Internet occasionally, for my SD card was corrupt. I lost some precious pictures. It helped me recover 98% of the pictures, because a part of them were physically damaged and could not be recognized by my PC any more. But I also feel very happy for it really did me a great favor.

I have taken many photos with my friends before graduation. But something wrong with my camera, and i can't find those photos in the memory card. Then i search solution on the internet and find CardRecovery pro.

Even this program didn't help me recover all my photos, i still wanna thank you as it really do me a great favor.

I had a problem getting LionSea Software's CardRecoveryPro to work and after several e-mails back and forth over a period of 2 weeks I asked for a refund because I wasn't satisfied with the software. I received an e-mail from them stating a refund would be given in about 10 business days and its now almost a month and have not received a refund. They do not answer e-mails now and so I advise anyone not to have dealings with this company as the refund policy on their website is a pack of lies.

I went to the Sony website to download a driver for my Sony camera and was referred to Loinsea. I purchased the driver they recommended and it did not work, they tried to send me different versions but none worked. I requested a refund since I did not receive what I paid for. At that point they offered me some kind of card recovery software in place of a refund. Why would I want more software from them if what I purchased the first time didn't work. After 15 e-mails I am still waiting for a refund.

Purchased sd card recovery software from Lionsea, software would not download file corrupted. Took numerous emails for them to respond. Finally agreed to refund but a month later still no refund! Do not use them!

I have been in a never ending email chain with them where they don't honor their refund policy if it doesn't work. I have now found many review chains that state the same thing. This place is in China and they do not honor anything they claim.

I used CardRecoveryPro software of Lionsea to recover my lost files. All of them have been recovered. I want to come here to say thank you. It really helped me a lot. thanks.
