Buying a good used car and finding the best finance deal had always been a long drawn out and stressful experience for me, but not this time with Janine and CarFinance123. Janine worked hard helping me source a car. I’m not easily pleased and she found a car to suit my needs and preferences really quickly. Securing the finance after finding the car was super quick. Janine went 30 miles out of her way to meet me half way for a test drive and then delivered the car to my door 3 days later, a further 120 mile trip for her. A truly personalised service. She kept in regular communication, updating me throughout the process and answered messages within minutes. Nothing was too much trouble, and I’m not the easiest customer to please.
