I wanted to really take my time before writing a review. I received an email from support, suggesting that i write one since I 'won a trivia back in July 2025.' That rubbed me the wrong way. -1 ⭐️. Overall, It took me a long time to win enough to redeem a prize. It also took a long time to hit one of their progressive jackpots, only once, which is truly baffles me because I see the same names,back to back, hitting multiple progressives. -1⭐️. With that being said, they do have a fun selection of games and they have great promo code drops. I will definitely update my review, in my own time, once I see some positive change.

I kinda questioned this casino from the start but as it turns out it’s a pretty good place to play! I recently won one of the give away they have online and was able to cash in and play some really cool games! does not redeem through paypal, chime, cashapp, coinbase, robinhood, and no telling who else. Got up to the redeemable amount and couldnt redeem, if you have bad credit(ME) you cant get an account through thier only possible redemption methods..anybody else have this issue?

So i’ve deposited plenty of times and I’ve had opportunities to redeem before like max $400 or something. This time on my FreePlay from depositing three days prior I’m in the process of $2,000 redeem. I am hoping to keep this at a five star rating because I love their games. Assuming all goes well with this redeem Carnival Citi is definitely a five star casino.

UPDATE: Things seem to be moving along. Got my W-9 to fill out. Received an email confirming they received it so I’m guessing like a day or so.
ANOTHER UPDATE: Unfortunately I now seem to be getting the runaround. What was supposed to be 2 to 3 days max cash out is now we’re looking into it…

Carnival citi has a unique variety of games but an huge selection also and a great amount of these games are very low minimum bet level which is awesome for people who would love to have alot more game for less . They also have a lot of different contest and raffles which I have one the social media contest multiple times and 1 time won the raffle on site for $25 they have a great project here I still haven't gotten to redeem anything here yet but when I do I will update my post to let everyone know how the redemption process went

After a little over 2 years interacting with Carnival I feel like their 5 star. they have a wide array of games from well established providers. I've played games that I definitely liked long before other platforms.

Their customer support is fairly prompt with replies and very helpful. They conduct social media contest and since their following is in its beginning stages of growth it's pretty easy to get.

Carnival citi may look iffy at first but it’s real. The challenges on Facebook are easy and they always give some type of bonus randomly. I won 2 times the $5 prize just from Facebook. I have also used that $5 to win about $200 on there to cashout. So it’s real. Fun & interesting once you get how the $ is calculated. Give it a try
