Car Outlet 

purchased a car last Monday from the melrose park location.The car starts to act up the next day.now I can't get a refund.

I just bought another vehicle from Car Outlet. On a scale from 1 to 10 they get a 15!
Excellent experience

Overall they were very polite but seem to do dodge certain questions.

Andre Melendez was amazing young man the customer service he gave me was outstanding it was I was talking to my brother that's how comfortable I was he explained everything to me and for that I am graceful and because how Andre Melendez was with me I going to recommend anyone​ to car outlet because of this young man thanks again Andre Melendez and car outlet for giving me my first car

They Didn't Give Me Any Options Cars Had A lot Of Miles For The Price Also Hopped Me From Chair To Chair So Ut Was A lot Of Misunderstanding Going On

I have got a vehicle through these people and has been a horrible experience and ontop off that total finance calls and harasses everybody on the call list calling my wife's job when she has nothing to do with The vehicle that I leased not a cosigner or nothing she purchased a truck trough them and they go off that information which by the way in the state of Illinois is illegal I wish a lawyer would see this so all the people could get together and put in a lawsue all vehicles are lemons had to spend a lot of money to fix them and get them right I would never ever recommend anybody to these people worse experience of my life.

Very bad experience very rude people who work there very bad cars they work for month then the trasmition blows on you nothing you can do just to pay the car it happened to myself and a friend you put a down payment wich you don't see it in the payment slip I do not recommend this place ....

It's the worst experience....we buy a nightmare..The car broke a moth after...I wasn't able to travel outside of the City..The loan people are rude .... They call you after one. Day late!!!!We pay $27000.we the finance charges....And when we finish paying for it the car when to the junk yard, complete lost on us...

False promises

Customer service threaten you if u late to make the montly payments, and interest is so high doesn't matter if u have good or bad credit, they don't even check the credit and they don't report the credit to the companies

I bought a car from here back in March 2008 and haven't been back since. I do not not know why I'm getting emails to review a recent purchase I haven't made. Also, buyer beware, they do not send credit information unless you are delinquent. Traded in the car I bought from here a few years ago at a Nissan dealership and they showed no credit history of any sort for the car purchased at Car Outlet, forcing me to have a co-signer even tho I physically had the title of the car on me (it was completely paid off) because besides the car I didn't have credit- I didn't believe in using credit cards as I saw my family struggle with such. Put me in a rough position in which I am smarter now to never be in. The dealership themselves was ok, but the rest of the experience wasn't. Please do not contact me anymore as my purchase was 9 years ago now.

The seller was to pushy she tells you that that's the best offer and I ended with a lemon car is always breaking down I tried to return it after 1 month and they refused

If I could give this car dealer a -5 I would. Total rip off!! Gave me a effed up Armada. Took it right back to them.

Dealership experience was ok but the financing department is horrible. The ladies are rude and if you have an issue good luck trying to talk to the manager, I don't think he/she excist and they do excist they don't want to deal with you. Very unprofessional all around.

You are only looking out for yourself. You don't care about the customer. Never going to shop with you again.
