Carpetright Limited - Bletchley Avis 93

Carpetright Limited has been reliable for years, with helpful staff and good deals. However, my last visit was disappointing as assistance felt lacking, especially given my mobility issues. The store’s closure is unfortunate, as it held great bargains and friendly service in the past. Mixed feelings overall.

Your assistant was very helpful and accommodating, would have no hesitation in returning for more carpets, thank you Carpetright.

We went in the shop just to look but came across some end of roll great bargains. We didnt know the size of the room, really helpful assistants were able to check online for our floorplans and knowledgeably guided us so we chose the quality level we needed. For the last 25 years we have always used this branch for all our carpets wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Ordered from this store and had a good deal on stair and bedroom carpet.
The whole process was straightforward and discounted to give a good price.
Not fitted yet so cannot comment on that.
It’s a shame the store is closing as it seems to have been there forever and used it several times over the years!

A young man served us. We told him what we required. He found exactly what we wanted.
He went in to explain what we would need why and costs. I. E. Underlay etc

We saw Lewis instore and he was a great help. He assisted us in the choosing of carpets for our lounge, stairs and landing and worked out a price I was more than happy with.
I highly recommend Carpetright Bletchley and will return to them in the future for our bedrooms.

Great knowledge of product and excellent customer service

Lewis has helped us choose a fitted carpet for one room and some engineered flooring for another, and has been most helpful throughout the process. He responded very quickly to any queries and has organised all the fitting dates. It has been a pleasure to be served by him.

Regarding the Bletchley branch. Ashley was my assistant and she was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. She answered all my questions and did it all with a smile. The gentleman that came and measured wad also very good, again he answered all my questions.

Considering I knew exactly what I required it took longer than I expected. Also considering I had struggle with my mobility, no attempt was offered to get the Door as I left, even though he was sitting near the door.

When I came in to store and was looking for assistance, I had to approach him (this may be company policy)

Stefan at Carpetright Bletchley was great, took a hands-off approach and let us browse for ourselves and then when ready offered us advice and help to get the right products, before finding a deal that worked for both of us.

Went in on Sunday, I think our sales advisor was Stefan. He was friendly and knowledgeable and soon worked out exactly what we needed.
