Amazing service from online arranging for someone to come out and take measurements to choosing my carpet and going in store to arrange everything. In spite of what’s going on in the press/ finances, I trust a market leader like Carpetright.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and sorted everything out efficiently at times convenient for my mother.

Nicola who dealt with my initial query regarding laminate flooring was great. She listened to what I wanted. Advised me on best options . She took me through options and prices. She didn’t rush any decision or push for a sale. She then took my order sorted everything. Such a refreshing feeling being dealt with in such a professional and friendly way. Credit to carpet right on your staff

Visited twice this week and Nicola was helpful, patient and so kind- I had just come out of hospital and she gave us plenty of time and help without being pushy or trying to make a sale - she had the balance just right.
She gave us some really useful advice on how to match the carpet to our wallpaper and orderd some free samples for us to try at home. Thank you

I’ve had an on going complaint with carpet right for some time and can’t seem to get a response from anyone in customer service. The store manager wasn’t helpful in the slightest in the right place and told me to go to customer service which is obviously just an easy way to pass the buck and continue to waste the customers time. The communication has been completely shocking from day one. Still left without a resolution to my issue or even a reply which is the bare minimum. I would advise everyone to shop local when it comes to buying carpet and flooring yes it may be a bit more expensive but it would be worth it for the customer service and care you would get unlike this company that just continue to ignore all emails.

Excellent service easy to choose the right carpet when you have all the samples in your home and good advice re cats in the house too

I could less than 1 I would.

Laminate floor fitted. Gaps start opening up in floor. Fitter reviews and says it is a manufacturing issue. Remove trim and send Carpetright a video as requested. Carpetright say it is a fitting issue.

Clearly there is a dispute between fitter and manufacturer. Carpetright's response? Manufacturer must be right (no one from Carpetright nor manufacturer has seen the floor), and nothing else they can do. Complaint closed.

My only option is to self-fund an independent inspection.

Do not spend any money with this company.

@carpetright - please don't comment saying that you can see that there is a complaint ongoing, because there isn't - you closed it

Great advice given by the staff especially on the types of carpet, what is best for pets, what underlay to go on stairs and why, patience from the team, understanding what we wanted and where to save and available discounts. Hopefully the fitting will be just as great.

Evertything from the customer services to the inspection of the property to measure the space. I cannot fault the service we received and we look forward to the carpet being fitted

staff more than happy to help, quick and easy to give us a quote once we selected what we wanted, even came out to measure for free to make sure the quote given in store was accurate. Much better price than we had expected too.

Easily found what I was looking for.Tiles ordered and the shop phoned when ready for pick-up.All very straightforward.Will shop there again.

The manager and young lady who served us were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met in buying the carpet we wanted.

Advice on wear and tear with regards to area being carpeted and no pressure to spend more and also shown other similar price ranges. Very polite and very quick without rushing us. Plenty of time and they did not pounce on us when we entered the shop which made the experience more relaxed.
