Avoid shopping here
There was 1 member of staff in the whole store, took 1 1/2 hours to get 2 bits of carpet cut. Member of staff wasn't fit to do the job alone an I had to help out even though I had my 1 year old son. Wouldn't shop in this store again. An hour and half of my life I will never get back.

Fitted by the best
Ordered a carpet and it took many more weeks to deliver than advised…but…the service we’ve received has been very good throughout, with plenty of communication explaining the delays.
Paddy, the fitter was exceptional. Great communication to arrange delivery and fit. Extremely professional and took his time to protect inbuilt units. Clean and tidy worker and left zero mess taking all offcuts away for disposal, even hoovered before he left. 100% happy to recommend.
