Great sales guy at Crewe very professional and lovely.

Saw two members of staff on separate occasions, and both were helpful and polite. However, information provided by the manager regarding price proved to be inaccurate when we came to seal the deal. However, he somewhat redeemed himself by readily agreeing to price match when I suggested this.

The instore staff were chalk and cheese. One was incredibly helpful, helping me find the carpets that fit my specification and talking about the benefits of each one. The second staff member, who I asked to help me book a home measurement visit, said I could do it myself at home!

Jonathan was very helpful with the decision making process and very honest with how long things would take. We really appreciated this and would recommend the service to everyone

Yes, yes, but I had hope for a bigger discount as such as beening a loyal customer, but......my hopes has been shattered.
