I had a number of difficult questions…
I had a number of difficult questions about carpeting a narrowboat. It's a very awkward space and access has to be available to bilges and plumbing and electrics. Both people at Carpetright Devises were excellent but I mainly dealt with Carrie-Anne who couldn't have been more helpful: patient, professional, solution-focussed and approachable, I worked in retail myself for 9 years and I couldn't have been more impressed. I've already recommended Carpetright to another boater and will make a point of doing so again. Simply excellent. Andrew Kelly

Ordering and Measuring
The guy that came round to measure up was so friendly, really quick and efficient, it was a pleasure to have him in my home. The store was very friendly and very obliging and I would recommend them to anyone.
