Helpful. Efficient, bright environment and good choice of carpets

The staff were very helpful and showed us many different samples. Also, the chap who was doing the measuring brought along these samples so we could view them in situ. This made making a choice easier.
As my carpets have still to be fitted, I can’t give an assessment of the completed job.

Lucy was very helpful when I was looking at getting a new bed, made the whole process easier:)

Theses guys were great. The service so far has been great. Everyone has been helpful with our requirements and the price was great too. The guys in the Dundee branch and the Glenrothes guys who measured up gave us sound advice as well as issues we had not thought of. Thank you

Whilst happy with the carpet I chose I specifically asked Shannan in the Dundee store if the final price was for everything. She assured me that YES it was. The price covered the carpet plus delivery and fitting.
I however had to pay the carpet fitter on the day of fitting. An additional £67.50. I had no cash at home, do not do online banking and so he had to return the following day for payment. I also questioned Shannan on the £18.75 "Fitting Service Administration" charge PLUS the £39.99 "Making it Easy Package" charge. She couldn't explain what these costs were!? £58.74!?!?!

I have since phoned around other carpet suppliers, they do not charge these ridiculous sums. Needless to say I won't be back.

After visiting several mattress stores and being hounded by sales staff even after asking them to leave us alone, we came to carpetright and were warmly welcomed and asked if we required any assistance or advice , after saying we were okay we were left in peace to look round the store but told to give them a shout if we changed our minds! Not having a sales person following us around the shop allowed us to feel more relaxed to look around the shops and once we found a mattress we gave Nathan from your Dundee shop a shout! He was very helpful friendly and polite!!! We were then joined by Lucy who let us know that this was Nathan’s 3rd day on the job and she would be assisting him if he needed it!! What a team!! Lucy is a great teacher and Nathan seems to have natural talent!!! If a mattress was something I’d need on a weekly shop hands down I’d come see Nathan and Lucy every week!!
