Carpetright Limited - Farnham Avis 69

We originally went in and saw David in Farnham who was extremely helpful and gave good advice. When we revisited we met Nicky who went through our quote and she was absolutely excellent. We could not fault her at all. Nicky was friendly, very knowledgeable and gave us some excellent advice.

I ordered some carpet samples online and Nicola from my local store (Farnham) phoned a week later to check I’d received the samples and how I was getting on. She arranged a measurement the same day and Nigel the measurer was very professional and gave his opinion on the best fit for our space. Following this I spoke to David in store who was extremely helpful and within minutes my carpet was ordered. The fitting date was within two weeks. I am now happily awaiting my carpet. Thanks for a great service.

Airline practices.
So I bought a piece of vinyl for my bathroom and had it fitted.. I thought £95.00 was reasonable. Then came the true cost= involuntary add ons:
Vinyl adhesive £12.99 Fitting service administration?! £12.50 Making it easy package £39.99 Fitter cost £57.50 silicone edging £24.00. So I ended up paying well over double the cost of the vinyl.
Carpetright has taken a leaf out of the budget airline (mal)practices: What you see is NOT what you pay; everything is extra. I hope the regulators will put a stop to this and force Carpetright to give an honest price up front.
BTW, the fitter did a good job.

Went into store to buy a carpet I had chosen a few days previously, Nicki served us on this occasion and was most knowledgeable and helpful. The previous carpet I had chosen would have eventually flattened to a walkway and would not have been suitable. Nicki advised us to other options within our budget would definitely seek her advice in any further purchases.

Yet again I used carpetright and yet again they got my order wrong! This is the last time I use them! I went in store and looked at the samples then showed the employee quite clearly which one, can’t get it wrong as there are not many purple carpets! Oh yes they can, the fitters turned up with grey!! It was orders incorrectly! Yes, I should have checked the confirmation email of course that is on me BUT you would think they would want to rectify this error as soon as possible?! No, apparently I have to wait, even though I’ve taken time off work and emptied the room, so my house is upside down, they don’t care! Upset, yes, annoyed, yes, disappointed, extremely
