The staff at the shop in Lancaster / Morecambe were very helpful. They couldn't have done more to help and it was a very positive experience. The price was good too. The experience of ordering the samples was less satisfactory, you can't get samples from the shop you have to order them online, and ours didn't arrive. It would be much simpler to just deal directly with the shop
