Very helpful and friendly service.

From choosing the carpet to assisting with the finances they were very helpful. Thanks to Tom who made sure we had everything in place.

From the moment we walked into the store we was greeted. We was left alone for a few minutes and asked if we need any help or assistance, which was greatly appreciated. Expert knowledge customer experience amazing totally recommend to anyone who requires carpets and flooring.

The level of service that we received from Alex and Paul was excellent. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. We were shown a range of carpets and fittings to help us make the right decision- which we did and are extremely happy with.
Alex then arranged for Paul to come out on the same day. Paul’s attention to detail was second to none. The survey was completed in no time and Paul also made some brilliant recommendations to ensure that the final finish will be spot on.

Both colleagues were a real credit to carpet right and I would have no hesitation in buying from them/ using them again.

Paul came round and stayed for a good deal of time to measure everything even though it was a late evening appointment. He gave us an excellent deal compared to our quote. Very excited to get them laid now.

I went into the March store yesterday and the service was amazing. The carpet I wanted would take 2 weeks, but they called other nearby branches, found the carpet I wanted and someone is bringing the carpet with them to the store today. Excellent service, they truly went above and beyond. Thank you.

Really happy with the service from start to finish thanks to Josh, Jess and Nick. The process was done really quickly and I was guided through all my queries quickly. Flooring looks fabulous and I’m extremely happy!!! Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

So far not the greatest experience. Our survey for the stairs and landing carpet was supposed to be done on Sunday at 1pm but no-one turned up. Not even a courtesy call. All our mother's day plans were destroyed. When we called the store we were told that the surveying company was external and there had been numerous complaints about them. Re-appointed for friday but i do not have a good feeling about my purchase. I have told the rep that if there are any other issues i will cancel all my orders and expect a full refund for the carpet, the kitchen floor and the bathroom floor.

It was a pleasant experience in the store and as most purchases I assume its been sometime since we bought a carpet, however no pressure on what to buy and we are happy with sales rep, who was helpful at all stages.

Very quick and efficient service for carpet quote and order

Staff were most helpful the only issue was the carpet I wanted was out of stock however I chose a different carpet which I’m more than happy with but had to pay more per square metre than the original carpet

We were not waiting long before we were seen. Man was very helpful and suportive. We were able to arrange for the carpet to be fitted the same week. Very good service.

Really helpful when we visited the store. Gave lots of advise about underlay. Organised someone to measure and give quote within 2 days. Surveyor respected our house and gave quote quickly.

I entered the store and I was met by Vince, who was obviously busy so I had a browse around and chose a carpet. Once he was free he gave me his full attention and he answered all my questions and more resulting in me ordering my carpet. I returned the next day and ordered carpet for my father too. Customer service is a big part of the process for me and he was 10/10.

So the carpet that was reserved for me was then sold so had to pick a different that end up cost me more also they man that was sorting it was trying to add delivery cost even tho was already in store

Alex in store at March was very helpful and knowledgeable and surveyor that came out was quick, efficient and very polite

Managed to get everything we needed and service was quick and very efficient. Sales Advisor, Vincent, could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be going back to the March store soon.
