When we arrived at the outlet Roger was alone and serving other customers, that said he acknowledged our presence, advised us he would not be long and offered us seats...nice. Roger is a true professional, polite, happy and certainly did not rush our decision, he gave honest and accurately answers to our questions and instilled confidence with regards to our purchase. Sadly we have since found out that the Neath store is closing, but our service was from Roger was exemplary and is enough to warrant us traveling to Bridgend for future purchases from Roger....Carnot say better than that!

Friendly staff and prompt service which worked around our situation. Overall, we were pleased with the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced carpet.

Just purchased my 2nd carpet from salesman Don in the Neath store. Went the extra mile and made sure I was happy with everything I needed. Would highly recommend asking for this gent in your visiting the store.

Don really helped my 91 year old father to re-carpet a room after it had suffered water damage. He came after hours on Sunday to measure and organised the whole thing. Superb Work. Will definitely use again.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable , pleasant and polite. Measurements for the carpet were also quickly arranged and this was carried out politely and professionally. We were allowed to take a couple of samples away (and return) to check for colour match, which was very helpful

Have bought all our carpets here over the years. Staff are very helpful and not pushy and allow you to browse at your leisure. They have a wide selection of carpets to suite every budget. Would highly recommend.
