Paul, the salesman, was very helpful, talked us through each stage, explained the difference in underlays etc and was just generally helpful and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend.

Very good but new staff should be trained before going on front line
Good it if I hadn't asked questions many people would have walked out ! The figures sent from £9000 to £4300 when in fact the total cost is £2350. The response I got when questioned was "he's training"......that could have lost you business !
In the end I dealt with Anthony who was relief Manager while Kofi away (he told me Manager of Erdington).....very good.
My only other comment is the packaging charge.....keep it simple alter the narrative to "delivery charge"
Admin fitting charge,I would scrap and increase elsewhere or lose in carpet/underlay or give slightly less discount.
In summary all people want to know is how much they have to pay....NOT ALL THE "ADD ON"S".
